MOC is causing my BRAIN meltdown! Anyone else?

I've been trying to get the Get up and Go to go walking again so I'm trying to do 3 sets of 10 minutes each during the day. But last night as I was going round and round our kitchen islands, dining room table and living room coffee table before I watched tv, I heard something lively. It was the end of a Bruno Mars special and so I got 10 minutes of Uptown Funk movement! and d*mn, if my mood wasn't really lifted and head cleared! I forgot how much I love to 'dance' or just move around to music.

Heat is what’s causing my brain to overload at the moment. Honestly I rest when everything is too much to handle.

I'd definitely go for a cup of tea. Actually, I'd probably prefer a walk outside, but it is just too cold to make that happen.

I think my brain is running out my ears. :huh

I seem to be best in the middle weeks of MOC. The first week I'm trying to find my mojo, the second two weeks I'm on fire, then the last days I seem to just drag along like I've used everything up. Happens all the time.

I'm so sad to see MOC coming to an end. I've done well and stayed no more than a day or two behind, but since I'm a two-page scrapper, it's been easy to play catch up! When I get so I can't figure out a challenge, I Netflix binge while crocheting or knitting and then sleep on it... usually wake up with an idea of what I want to do. :)
My problem is that I can become obsessed with scrapping to the detriment of everything around me. Hubby doesn't like that. :( I'm a sahm, homeschooling teens who mostly do their own schooling, so unlike a large majority of you, I have literally nothing to do all day. Scrapping is my outlet. Bring on those challenges!

Surprisingly, I started MoC on day 14 and thought for sure I'd never catch up. I was already beyond frazzled, I have a weird anxiety issue when around a lot of people and we had company from The beginning of December until January 12th. (mother in law and then two sets of friends.) I was BEYOND stretched to my limit and was trying to recover from the pain of over using my body, dealing with company AND falling down the stairs (omg, that was awful!!) and came to find out how far behind I was. I thought for sure I'd be done and almost just gave up.

Surprisingly though, as paper thin as I was, the more I started scrapping and getting caught up, the more alive I became. The more relaxed and the happier I was. I feel rejuvenated now because I got it accomplished and I am LOVING my pages!!!! I'm actually going to print them out, that's how much I love them!

Now that I'm in the groove, I'm going to be sad to see it go, but I can totally understand how this could be waaaaay too much for everything to keep up with. You'll see me doing more monthly challenges from now on though! :D I hope you have had a chance to clear your head and enjoyed your bible study!!

Come visit! 70 the rest of the week.....

ETA: 70 F. I'm pretty sure 70 C is death! (158F)

then the last days I seem to just drag along like I've used everything up.
Maybe next year (or this year) save a few dollars and buy a new kit to finish up with?

YEAH!!!!! I feel the same way! In fact, DH will "send me to scrap" when I get too moody because he knows it'll chill me out, and that I need my outlet. I'm so excited you are going to print them out!!

I am having a houseful of people over, so I cleaned! All the windows are open, brownies in oven and Parmesean Chicken casserole to feed an army goes in before they come! It is a bible study with people I love, I am gonna hug everyone of them and rejuvenate my soul!

Ohhhh, I so agree!! If there is one thing that props me back up and keeps me going, its my two bible study groups!!!!

Brain Overload???? Bring on the CHOCOLATE!!!!!!

What are you studying? Can I have your recipe for your casserole?

Was going to ask her the same question about what she is studying! Now I will wait for her to answer you! :agree
