What big item are you getting your kids for Christmas?

We still need to get the big item for the kids and I could use more idea's so what are you getting for your kids?? :helpy
 
We're thinking of a Wii this year. It seems pretty family oriented and might be some fun for the whole family. :)
 
I don't of any big toys that they want so they are getting a few small toys. They'll be getting so much from everyone else... I really need to clean out our toy bins...
 
Looks like the wii is very popular!! My dad got the kids one last year for Christmas and they just love it
 
We too have been mulling the Wii. But really I'm not sure how age appropriate that is for bugga. So we're still contemplating. We may end up just getting a bunch of little things for her this year.
 
no big stuff here either. They are getting their stocking stuff from "santa", and then we are taking them to an indoor waterpark.
 
We got the boys (9, 7, and almost 5 - but my 9 year old is small)...a ride on Hot Wheels. We already gave it to them too. :) I only wish we were rich and could afford 2 more. LMBO! They are handling the sharing well though.

BTW, we already have a wii. LOL!
 
Oh, I don't even want to talk about this....we got 3 DSis!!! I've put this off for as long as I could, ouch!!
 
We got a Wii last year and both kids got DSi's for their birthday this year, so just small gifts this year.

DS is getting Young Indiana Jones DVD set and a game or two for DSi, DD is getting a hula hoop, barbie doll and a game too.

I am also planning on room makeovers in the new year when we move house.

Keela, which Hot wheels do you have ? I´m undecided ( do you say so ? ) with this, but my son want´s to have something of it... ( he also has his 5. birthday in december...).
 
Jaz -4- got a DS from Santa, we contemplated the DSi but I don't think she can utilize the other functions to make it worth it.
Bella- still not sure yet, t his is a tough one.
 
Yeap, Santa is also bringing a Wii this year for my kids (3 and 5yo). Ben10, StarWars and Princesses games for everyone. And that includes mom & Dad! lol
 
maddie got an iTouch. the boys got giant lego sets and they are getting a trampoline w/enclosure to share. :lol2
 
We got Lily one of those barbie jeeps. I may get one for hte boys to share as well but Wes was talking about getting Little Wes a nintendo DS so I am totally on the fence still.
 
I shutter to even mention the ages of my two oldest boys, but we are getting them an XBox 360. We bought the wii the year before last and the little one and I play that. Sometimes the older boys throw me a bone and play with me.
