What size should we save our ATC card for the gallery? I know I always resize my 12 x 12 pages 600 x 600 but my ATC card will be a rectangle so I don't think that will work. Math isn't my strong suit. Can you tell:)

You can canvas your ATC card onto a 12x12 white background, then you can still reduce to 600x600 the usual way. That maintains the shape in the gallery and no math needed! :) @lorieh

So I'm reading here that the way to add each of your pages to your completed gallery is to reply to yourself with the new page. I have just always gone in and edited the first post. Does it matter?

It really helps us when it comes to tallying the final results if each layout is in a separate post. It's a quick signal for us, by post count in the thread, to see that you completed all 31 pages and need a deeper check to be marked for receiving a gift certificate.

I am pretty new. What does "canvas your ATC card onto a 12 x 12 white background" mean? Sorry:(

@lorieh I love love your name
it just means to pull your finished atc over to a fresh 12x12 page (blank) and then save for web (however you do).
    and welcome to the Pad!!!

Can someone explain what resolution we save ATC MOC Challenge #5 in. For some reason, even though I shrink it to less than 900 px in height - it still cuts off the bottom.
This is the challenge where we made an ATC card - so it's 3 1/2 in length and 2 1/2 in width. Thanks for helping out the newbie once again!

Open a 12 x 12 canvas in your program, drag the completed card into the center of the canvas, then save for web as you normally do. The end result is that you'll have your card surrounded by white background, but when you upload to the gallery, it will ensure the shape of your ATC is correct.

I'm very new here and want to follow good etiquette. :D Is it OK to scrap lift a layout, if we put our own tweak on it and credit the original artist as the inspiration for the page? It wouldn't be a 100% copy, more like the artist is using a thought bubble in a way that I really like, and I want to do something like that on my page.

    Thanks!

I admit to going almost 99.9% of a page that I love! credit is the key and welcome welcome, and so sweet of you to ask first ♥

Okay, sorry for being such a "new girl" but is there an easier way to get to my MOC layouts thread than searching through the entire list every time? Thank you!!!

YOu can make a bookmark. I have a TLP folder on the bar of my browser, and I put the book mark for the layout there.
    or
click on your photo and then your postings and find it (unless you post (babble a lot -me) then you will be searching that!

and no apology needed for being new...just so happy you are here!
