MOC Questions Thread

I am a real "newbie" here and this is my first challenge that I have posted to. I have been able to post in the gallery without any problems. I have a question about the thread that I created "Coady's MOC5 layouts". I posted my first layout. How do I post my subsequent layouts in the challenge? Are they posted as replies to my first post in my thread or am I missing where the "new" layout button is located.

Post your subsequent layouts as "replies" in your thread :)

Yep, just keep replying to yourself with each new layout!
 
I am not sure that I am posting correctly. I've never posted on here before, and it's been a few years since I used to post at another site. It looks like for the Gallery, I need to have my image downsized, which I've always done at 72 ppi for a 12x12. But on my layout thread, I don't know what I did and I couldn't figure out how to delete my first post, but then I replied and I was able to see my layout, it just seems really big. Sorry if I did anything wrong, and any help will be appreciated!
 
@claireee323 Hi Claire, welcome! When you resize your page, you can change it to roughly 600 x 600, or 650 x 650. Right now, it's 864 x 864, which is why it's showing so large in the thread. Also, it looks like you have Day 2 posted twice, so I can delete the first one for you if you'd like. Just let me know! :)

Thank you! Yes, please delete that first post. I wasn't sure the right way to post it. And thanks for the tip to resize. I will do that for the rest.
 
This is probably a really easy thing to do so sorry for my novice question but how to I create a layout thread? I think I've posted my first layout but can't figure out how to add a new post and layout to the thread I started.

You would just reply to the thread you already started with the next layout
 
Last question for the night - if a small percentage is items I've purchased from another site, do I reference them as well?

When are the new challenges put up? The past two days it has been about an hour around midnight, but so far nothing today.

Challenges are posted by the hostess of the thread. So depending on where they live is when it gets posted. A lot of people will post around midnight PST. But others keep us guessing
 
Yep...07:25 EST here and no sign of #4. I hope hostess #4 is ok. But then we all have one of those days that just doesn't start right...
 
Please be patient for the host's sake. A lot of it depends on their time zone and life stuff. But we will have a challenge for you today!
