An early Christmas present

oh Carilyne, it was like Christmas all wrapped up with a hug!

You're going to love being a grandma!

I love it already! It is amazing. I just can't stop looking at that blob of gorgeousness in the ultra sound!!

I wonder what your son will have. I would be that grandma dressing the cousins like twins.

We joke as my daughter and her husband are Native American, and my son and his wife are so white That next Thanksgiving I am gonna do a photo shoot of the Pilgrims and Indians!

where was my brain! Yes, that is on the list today...pink and gray(she is doing little elephants for a theme)
I need to crochet to keep my brain and credit card from going crazy...

That's what my Mom did with my daughter and my youngest sister's daughter. They were born six weeks apart and it was just so fun.

Congratulations, Anne! Being a Grandma for the first time is just the best thing ever. I was so blown away by the very unexpected special feeling that came over me the very first time I held my first grandchild. I wasn't expecting that at all. It was almost like time stood still for just a moment. Now, every year on her birthday I remind her that it's my Grandma birthday, too. Because she was the one who made me a Grandma. Oh, you have so much fun to look forward to!

I love being a Grandma and I know you will love it to. The wonderful part is that you can spoil and then send them home (even though I have some of mine spend the night about every 3 weeks). I am sure you will be an amazing grandparent.
