This was posted in a group I'm in on Facebook. Someone asked if the Project Life app was available on the computer, and this was listed as a possible option. The site suggests it's free software for PC or Mac to use any stash you already have. I am curious about it, though I wouldn't plan to replace my PSE program. I am just curious to know if anyone has heard of or tried this!

@Lindzee It may have been you that asked here at the pad in another thread, but I may be wrong.

It's been beta for a long time (like 2014?). I tried it out last year in the spring, and wasn't too impressed. But I don't feel super qualified to judge since I think my skills are beyond the user they are looking for. To me, it was easier to open PSE 11, and just clip things to a template.

Thanks. I'll check it out. I wouldn't replace my PSE either, but something light might do for pocket scrapping.

I may download it today to check it out. I am not sure what I am looking for, as far as a program, but I am curious. If it's something that could be used as a segway into scrapbooking or something, that could be a fun intro for my daughter or friends or something.

Like @bestcee I tried it out a while ago (in beta) and was not happy with it at all. There were just too many limitations and some real quirks to the software. I don't remember exactly what they were off the top of my head, but they were maddening enough that I just uninstalled the whole thing pretty quickly. I think there were some updates planned originally, but it's been quite a while and they never came through.

I had a look at it and it is a frustrating piece of software. It should be self explanatory, but it isn't. Some of the buttons have no tool tips, don't work or just don't do what they are supposed to.
Their feeds are more or less empty and/or have had no new posts in ages. Sad really, because I liked the concept of making pocket pages in that easy manner; it might have brought poeple to scrapbooking who don't want to deal with other graphics software.

This sounds vaguely familiar, and probably why I didn't like it! I know there were some things that really bothered me, I just can't remember what they were!
