Three reasons I thought I'd share this here:
1. The last TLP technique chat topic was blending modes.
2. A recent TLP thread was about Clickinmoms and other other photography resources and I recommended CreativeLIVE.
3. Many of us use Photoshop and want to improve our photo-editing.
I just learned Ben Willmore (famous Photoshop/Lightroom teacher; I've learned from him on CL before) is going to be teaching another class at CreativeLIVE. It's going to be a full month, from June 6 to July 1, with just an hour and a half lesson each day, and includes a Facebook discussion group.
The awesome thing about CreativeLIVE is that the broadcasted classes are free, and often they're re-broadcasted for free. In fact, for this particular class, they will broadcast each lesson beginning at 9 a.m. PST and rebroadcast it repeatedly until the next day's lesson, so you can tune in any time. Awesome!
One day is of particular interest to those of us wanting to explore blend modes more after having that last technique chat here. June 20 Ben's lesson will be Blending Modes. You can see the entire daily schedule on the class description page.
Here's the link to the class description and RSVP page. RSVPing just means you'll get an email reminder. And I think you have to have a (free) CreativeLIVE account to watch. But watching is free. It only costs money if you decide you want to own the videos of the class so you can download them and watch them at your own pace, any time.
