Hello everyone! It's that time of the month again ... the new Pink Reptiles Design monthly challenge for January is up! Since most of us are probably spending a lot of time at our computers this month (uhm, MOC!) ...we want to see where you scrap! And there's a new Three Way | Designing with Overlays post.

So for this challenge, you will share your scrap space and have a little fun adding a bit of color as a photo overlay on your page! Check out all the details (and the rules at the bottom of the challenge) here!

We have loved seeing lots of new faces over at the blog this past month and really hope you will join us this month. We'd love to have you share your pages here in this thread (but please don't forget to add your page link to the blog comments so we know you are participating)!!!

I like the overlay ideas but I'm not hot on doing yet another page about my scrap space. I have like ten already and nothing has changed. I'll try to think of some way to make it interesting.

Okay, here I am sitting on my couch as I post this. I used way #2: Gradient Color Overlay to show my scrapping spot.

hey lorry - that AD image in the first post is Mirjam's scrap space. so awesome isn't it? maybe take a photo of one small aspect of it from a creative angle or perspective? focus on one fave little thing or something? turn it into more of a creative photography challenge?

It's sooo cute I'll post piccies when she's done!

I can't see it! I didn't realize the pony was crocheted though. That's awesome!

I still haven't come up with any original ways to take a picture of my space. Seriously, I have already done this so many times and it's a very small space. I was hoping I'd get my new computer before the deadline but that isn't happening so I'm going to have to pass. I might have been inspired to crochet, though.
