I have a shower this Saturday, and this yellow blanket I am crocheting, that I am sick of looking at!!!:hissy
I need to do 10 more rows and a quick border, I don't wannaa:tantrum
You have any guilt inspiring project that mock you from a basket, or hidden in a drawer...:whistle

I have a crocheted blanket that I've been making for my daughter for TWO years now. It was my first big project and I screwed some things up on it, so I'm lacking motivation (more than usual) to finish it. My daughter makes little comments all of the time about how she wishes I would finish it so she could use it. I just can't do it though! I don't know what's wrong with me.

I feel like my life right now is one big unfinished project ...

All kidding aside, I HATE having unfinished items. So no. Nothing outstanding for me.

Ha! Totally this!!!

I am the queen of starting projects and then not finishing them. Or if I do finish them it is eons later. :( And yes, the guilt eats at me.

I have a few cross stitch projects that I have started and haven't finished. I have recently been inspired to start stitching again. I've come to realize that my creativity or craftiness or whatever you want to call it ebbs and flows, and that I'll finish when I finish. I do love to see a beginning, middle and end of a project, and cross stitching, at least the patterns I follow, aren't that quick. I've had this particular project started for since August of 2014.

Here's what it's supposed to look like:

And where I was in August of 2014:

And where I am as of this month (you can't see the entire piece of fabric, but I've actually made quite a bit of progress!):

Does half done vacuuming count as unfinished projects?

I love starting new projects, finishing them is an entirely different matter - unless I have a deadline, like a birthday where it has to be done by..

At the moment, I am loving crochet, nut I have these poor half finished creations (plus a Yoda with no arms somewhere...) laying around, making me feel bad.

And a Hobbit cross stitch.

And yet last night I was still searching etsy/ravelry for my next project. So bad...

I'm not a project starter (physical) that isn't uncompleted. My hubby on the other hand....

As for digital project that I haven't completed... well, that's a different story. And since it isn't all in my face, I can handle it. lol!

Let's see, I have a baby quilt that I started when my son was really little. The top is done, then I started hand quilting it.

My son turns 22 next month. :giggle

I'm not sure I could even find it...

Today I started the kids' Christmas gift/ busy box updates, so I went printer crazy. They probably won't get done till the night before Christmas. :giggle

Kaydee's baby blanket was started before she was born. and is pretty much in the same state it was in when she was actually born. Lol. (But i inherited a sewing machine late last year, and one goal I have for next year is completing at least one of the blankets I bought material for!)

Let's not get started in the lack of completed scrapping projects. ;)

Karen! I love that hobbit pattern. Did you get that from Etsy or is it a kit that you purchased?

It's a designer called Clouds Factory - if you love any pop culture TV shows or movies, she's pretty well got it covered! There is a huge Harry Potter that I would love but I know I would never finish it...

I'm embarrassed to admit how many unfinished projects I have in the works. :giggle

Ohhh these fabulous cross-stitch projects make me want to do one! :beat

Oy! I have many unfinished projects around my house. I have several big cross stitch projects that I started over 15 years ago and will probably never finish, but the fact that I put many hours into them already means I can't just throw them away. I have at least one crochet blanket project that I started but never finished and the worst one that I REALLY want to finish someday is a Tiffany reproduction stained glass lamp. I bought super pretty and expensive glass to make the lamp and then I got about 1/3 of the pieces cut, but then I had babies and I just had no free time to work on it, so it got shuffled to the background and I haven't managed to get back to it. My oldest is almost 12... so yeah.
