this is a completely different ponderation...I know...
I have a few sounds I just enjoy...
the sound of my husbands truck coming up the road,
the hum of a fan as I go to sleep, but I think one of my favorite sounds is
the sprinklers in our backyard.

I love the rhythm and ch chchchchch, and it going back...it is just so soothing to me!
I got a giggle, because there is a video, so you can listen to it to relax too

I know this is totally random, but on a nice warm day...I love the sound of a baseball game on tv. Not watching it, but listening to it.
 
i love listening to waves or a thunderstorm when i sleep - i have a white noise machine that plays these sounds at night and i hate being without it :)

i'll have to think about daytime sounds ... hmmmm ....
 
Beach/Ocean/Waves crashing....seagulls squawking, sounds of the boardwalk, bicycles and people...

Laughter... mostly my kids when I'm tickling them. Absolute Favorite.

yes yes! I am a big fan of just listening to the ballgame...especially if I am doing yard work...good good memories I think!
 
Giggles. I can't do any kind if water noises for sleeping or I'm waking up all night long to go to the bathroom. We stayed once at a hotel and the room was walking distance to the beach. It was horrible. LOL!!!!
 
i really love the sound of the ocean/waves (not the seagulls though, they annoy me) ... i love waking to the sound of birds chirping ... i love the sound of my kids laughing (especially when they were little and had that adorable toddler laugh. sigh) ... i love the sound of the morning coffee brewing .... i also really love a walk in the woods and hearing almost nothing at all. good stuff.

i feel a scrapbook page coming .... ?
 
Water, gentle rain, birds singing, the sound of outdoors--nit people sounds just the sound of leaves rustling, the breeze.

My cat's purring, my puppy snoring and his little night time noises. My son's laughter--don't hear it as often as when he was younger.
 
I actually love silence... it's so rare at our house. LOL! I also love to listen to a thunderstorm or rain through our bedroom window. And I love listening to my boys conversations.
 
I love the sound of rain, and even thunderstorms. When we were kids we used to sit on the porch and listen/watch the rain punctuated by lightening and thunder. Now I love to sit in the solarium and read on a stormy day. The sound of the rain pattering on the roof, while I'm cozy and warm really soothes me.

I do love silence as well though.

And Aaron, I know exactly what you mean. That crack of the bat meant a game was going on somewhere in the neighborhood so we all better grab our mits and get going..

Thunderstorms, the soft sounds of our goldendoodle snoring (its so soft and sweet, peaceful), the wheeking of our guinea pigs wanting attention and hay, and white noise (you know... the noise that a fan or air purifier makes) - I just love to go to sleep to the sound of white noise.
 
Another one for ocean sounds and cats purring. And when Kennedy giggles/laughs. Best.sound.ever.

On the flip side, I can't stand the sound of our dog bathing himself, people crunching ice, or when my husband eats. LOL. I've heard that annoyances like that are an actual brain disruption... so that is my excuse.
