I have done the 3 and 4 hours sleep for months at a time...but lately...
:giggle
I am sleeping 9 hours EVERY evening! :giggle
The last hour is a leisurely pondering the day, relaxed get up.
I have to admit to loving it!
What about you?:flirty

anne ... you and jillw both have sleep on the brain ... she just posted this exact same question! :giggle

Isn't that funny!? And even funnier, is that Anne and I seem to get about the same amount of glorious sleep!! LOL!!

My fitbit says I average about 6-7 hrs. a night....I think that is about perfect for me!

I usually average 6-7, but could really use a little more. I am trying to make myself go to bed earlier, since I get up at 5...but I just hate going early.

I don't think I should join this thread. I'm so happy for you guys to get the rest. Especially Anne with all f
Those wedding preparations.
But I'm a terrible sleeper...... I need more....

The other day, I took Kennedy to therapy and the therapist asked something about sleeping. I told her that he got up at a godawful early time every morning. She thought I meant like 4 or 5 am, and tried not to roll her eyes when I said he got up at 7. LOL.

I average about 8 hours, but it is.never.enough. I could go to bed at 11 and sleep until 11 the next day, with no problem. Part of it is that I have a weird neurological condition, so fatigue is a big symptom, but I've been a night owl and late sleeper forever.

verytime is different lol the other week i sleep 6/7 hours, the next it can be 4/5 lol it depends on how busy i am or how tired i am lol!

I think I probably average between 5-7 and would love for that to be more consistently in the 7-8 range. I am looking forward to summer when we can sleep in a bit more and fewer activities in the evenings.

I wish I could sleep with a regular pattern.... once I ve fallen sleep, I have no problem most times on staying asleep but the average is 5 or 5 hours, unless I have been awake for 3 days (as it happens)
The fact that is now 04:40 am in London and am here chatting to you may tell you something ....
well, at least I have people to chat with LOL

My body is informing me it's not getting enough. I usually get 5-6 hours, but I know I need more. I'm a night owl for sure. Yesterday though I slept most of the day. So I guess I'll start behaving and go to bed earlier. For a while at least until my body heals. Anyone believe me?

ohhh we should live closer to each other so we can give support...I'm an insomniac but then after no sleep for days, I can go on to sleep up to 14 hours, but I'm following my bidy now and tryiong to take naps when I dont feel too great....but the peop[er answer would be: good diet, no stress and patterns in everything else done...I am a night person too, after half of my life working busy nights, is when I'm at my best!!!

i'd love to get 7 each night (well, 8 would be my ideal, but that seems like wishful thinking at this point) - but i'm probably getting around 6. this week i'm on vacation and i am getting to bed really early - it is WONDERFUL! i am getting a good 8 - 9 hours each night :) loooove it!

Before I started exercising (GASP!!) I didn't sleep well at all. Probably 5-6 hours of broken sleep a night but now I do about an hour of exercise most days I am sleeping like a log and I can even grab 8 hours on the weekend!

I have been averaging between 3.5 - 5 hours a night. Would love to be able to get more, but just can't seem to stay asleep.

i was saying to DH the other day that i wondered if anyone ever woke up refreshed and energised like they do in tv ad's (not necessarily wearing makeup or having fairy dust and helpful birds cleaning the house and such, but you know) because i'm still waiting for that magical moment to happen... i think i need more like 9-10hrs, some days i get close to 8 (wkends mostly) but most nights it's around 6hrs - getting to sleep, waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep for hours and then various alarms and neighbours leaving early for work are my enemies

I have been sleeping more ...after I started doing the exercise in breathing that Laura posted (couple of month ago?) it got better but I am still pretty much an insomniac ...I do enjoy though, more scrap time!!! :heartlub
