I posted this at the European trip thread but, in case it gets lost...I come and moan a bit more-
is almost 6 am, I haven't been around because Sarita's wound opened, I fired my carer, my bath tub is blocked and full of water coming out of the washing machine (vial- so much I didn't even take a photo for the scrapbook- that is a first with us here), because this is a council building (belongs to the government) I have to wait for them to fix it-
they sent plumbers today but they boys said they need to send the contractor with a better machine to unblock as theirs isn't strong enough....they said they would come later but they didn't....

I'm in a bit of a foul mood, havent slept much for the past 72 hours ....I wanted to catch up on the challenges- and tomorrow I need to go doctors with Sarita who is panicking because two (I think, maybe only 1) stitches opened....

on the other hand, it looks like we are getting the car on Thursday....

anyway, I know all will sort out- at least I am caught up with pages :giggle
 
Oh no Cynthia! When it rains it pours. I will send you positive thoughts for it all to sort out asap! Hugs girl
 
Oh geez! It all happens at once! Hang in there, it's gotta get better!
 
Oh my goodness! I hope those plumbers show up. That is not something you want hanging around! Yuck! I sure hope that Sarita's stitches are okay too! At least you have a little good news with the car coming!

hope things settle for you! that's a lot of yuck at once! and poor Sarita, ouch! :( let us know how things go ... vent, vent, vent my dear.
 
Adding Sarita's wound to my prayer list. Praying for NO infection. Yuck, on the tub front. I guess that's why plumbers charge so much, we need them so badly sometimes. I hope the clean up goes fast and well for you.
 
I don't believe Cyn could ever be in a REALLY foul mood; she's too happy in person :D
Hope that Sarita get sorted soon and that her lovely friends are looking out for her too <3 xxx

trust me, my lovely, yesterday, you did NOT want to be the plumbers, the woman in Skoda, the surgical team at the Royal Free or even be NEAR me......

Things are better:
NO infection thank GOd but they had to re dress, do the kind of stitching I had done 30 years ago when I had the same operation.....as the "super advanced" technics they have these days failed LOL
but she is ok, is what matters, will need to stay another week in bed- but that is ok.
The plumbers still havent sorted out the bathroom but I'm picking up my car today afternoon!!!!!! (is Thursday 5:28 am here)

I also had a blast doing the year in review and, honestly?
It made me realize we had a great year.
I'm gonna take the LO (s) I made two as I really don't get how you ladies -and Aaron! :giggle - fit a year of photos in one page!!!!!- am gonna start a book for 2014 with those, and scrap each event in two pages, which may make about 60 pages or so in total...then print- (so Anne can be proud of me)

I have to give Agnes some credit here because she has been keeping me & especially Sarita laughing like mad....the girl is as crazy as she sounds online....she was shy in the beginning but now she is another family member...she is going back tomorrow, we are gonna miss her for sure-

I have to thank the whole family here for keeping me smiling/laughing and, once again, looking back on 2014, we had a good year, and some of the great moments were here, shared with most of you guys :heartlub:heartlub:beat:heartlub:heartlub
 
Glad to hear you are hanging in there. What a terrible week for you and Sarita. Glad to hear Agnes is keeping your spirits up.
 
Your vent is well deserved!!! I hope things turn around for you soon, and I hope poor Sarita's stitches are ok!
 
The way to fit a year of photos onto one page is to spend the vast majority of the "scrapping time" on whittling down the 200-odd good morning pictures to 23 that fit in Jaimee's template. :giggle I want to eventually make a whole book of our good morning pictures, but putting a few faves on one page for the "normal" book is fun too.

So glad there's no infection! Fingers crossed the plumbing is sorted very soon!
