I heard some of Polly friends are meeting up during the weekend.. (I'm jealous) I wish I was living closer to all my scrapper friends.. the closest would be Australia… I guess I will be by the pool and just do some sun tanning till I'm all dried up!! LOL!! what about you? what are your weekend plans?
 
very excited, tonight is 4th friday, and out town has the coolest fun. The zoo is opened FREE and bands play, food and stuff to buy, big playground, then at dark, a big screen is rolled out. Tonight is the Hunger Games (movie 2). We haven't seen it, and we bring snacks, and chairs and watch with the rest of our town!
Football tomorrow and then we all get to try and tackle the lawn! Rain brings growth! So yard and housework for the Saturday night! woo hoo wild woman here!
 
Well hockey season is in full effect here so I will be making my way to the rink for a few hours tomorrow. Tonight my oldest has practice and then it's our OHL season opener. Our hockey team won a big title last year and it was our first year so it's very exciting for our town. The OHL is one step down from the NHL... ;) We are going as a family and the games are always so much fun. Tomorrow night it's my good friend's birthday party and Sunday will be sleeping fro me since I start my week of working nights. My hubby and my boys will probably go partridge hunting... Have a great weekend everyone!
 
Well, I think I will be packing my suitcase for our scrappy trip next week. (sorry) But, also I'll be at the soccer field a good portion of tomorrow morning and then I think I'll take my boys on a hike in the afternoon. Daddy is out of town fishing, so I'm hoping to also have a little time in the evening at home to scrap some too. Feels like I barely got to sit down this week!

family coming in for the weekend so lots to do today ... shopping, cooking , cleaning.
so excited we have no sports this weekend. it is going to be 80 and beautiful both days here in NY! we are headed out for a hike on saturday (where my dad used to hang out when he was in high school with his friends ... he loves it there so this a treat for him, whenever he gets to go back) and then celebrating my daughter's bday a bit early while family is here ... she turns 13 the first week of oct! and then tomorrow we spend the day at our fave farm market for apple picking.

Are your littles watching too? I was wondering whether that would be appropriate for mine (8 and 11).
 
We have a football pre-game walk-through tonight and game tomorrow morning. Then my youngest + I are joining dh and my oldest at our scout group's all-sections family camp. I'm helping out in the kitchen which is a dream restaurant-style kitchen - a pleasure to work in. I think there should be almost 150 people for the weekend, so it should be a fun time.
 
so much outdoor activities going on… that's so fun!!! Malaysian doesn't seem to be really outdoorish… :( … My mum goes to the beach and hide under a tree…
 
Doesn't Malaysia have gorgeous weather all the time?

Right now we have rain and about 10C and I had to turn on the furnace for the first time this fall. Maybe it is the rarity of warm weather here that forces us to go out and enjoy it when we have it!

I'd be with your mom, LiLi, under the umbrella at the beach. Too much skin cancer in my family to be out in that!
 
Today is Hubby's birthday, so we've got a weekend of fun with family :) We went on a lunch date today, and we see his Dad and Step-Mum tomorrow for lunch, then on Sunday we see his Mum and Step-Dad and Step-Grandparents for lunch! It's going to be busy, busy, busy :)

For us, it's a weekend with house guests: from tomorrow til sunday we'll have +2 children... Will be quite heavy, especially since I am still feeling sick...
 
The movie night sounds fun! It's raining here and I'm still feeling sick so a quiet wkend of house cleaning, scrapping and movies will be good.

The air is polluted ( Haze due to forest burning) . In Malaysia it's humid .. it's so hot that we have water rationing :( .
 
Like Renee, I will be in an arena this weekend. Tonight is my sons first league game of the season and we have the dreaded parents meeting (find out how much this seasons travel fees will be).

Of course laundry and some dusting is on the list, hopefully I will also get around to making some more granola bars for this weeks snacks.

We don't have a soccer game this weekend which I am looking forward to :) and the husband has the weekend off, so it will be nice to hang out as a family. Last night, we watched a needtobreathe concert with the boys that Yahoo live streamed from Boston which was lots of fun and a good first 'concert' experience for my boys. Today is laundry, hopefully a hike somewhere close, and scrapping for me before dinner with some friends.

Tomorrow is church and prep for school next week! happy weekend everyone!
 
Everyone's weekend sounds fun! I'm just sitting here this weekend pining for my eldest DD who is on a school trip in Japan and is away from WiFi at the moment while she is with her host family. My youngest is keeping me amused though with her Minecraft addiction :giggle
 
My weekend consists of kids activities,Saturday morning is ballet,tap,gym class for gabbi then Sunday is football match for my son,think Saturday night we're going out with the I laws for his birthday
