We are waiting for a 2:45pm appointment. It is 10:35am and she is still sleeping. She MAY have an ankle fracture. We will see. Darn trampolines and kids that don't follow the rules. She got injured when a BIG (around 13) boy decided it would be fun to "make a little kid fly". <-- She was the little kid. :furious

She was a trooper through X-Rays and all the poking. I really hope there is no fracture.


UPDATE: She has a growth plate fracture in her ankle.

awwww - poor Bianca! I hope she feels better soon - and that they can give you good answers quickly!
 
Oh, poor thing. That exact thing happened to me when I was about 9. sprained my ankle. Hope all goes well with the appointment and it heals quickly! hugs..
 
oh no! really hope its not a fracture too. :(

we had a trampoline, but it literally blew away during a hurricane ... landed in the woods behind out house in a pile of mesh & tangled metal. my kids miss it but i don't ... it was kinda dangerous the things they would do on it.
 
She was crying of pain and the possibility of loosing swimming and hockey (+ all the fun) for the rest of the summer.
 
Awwww. The poor little thing! I hope there aren't any breaks or fractures.

Does the 13 year old who thought it'd be fun to make a little girl fly belong to you? And is he still alive? :giggle
 
Oh, wow, she really is brave going through all this without complaining about all the pokes and procedures.
It really is sad she will mis her sports though, I can understand her tears.

We have a trampoline too here, but it's surrounded by a net to 'catch' the children at the border. This one was not?

Nope, he is not mine. I made the place kick them out. They are in the BLACK list. He was doing this on purpose to little kids.

This was a trampoline place and she just got what they call a double bounce.
 
Bummer Dalis, and poor little thing! Trampolines make me so nervous. My daughter wants one, she's into gymnastics/cheer but I just can't deal with an accident.
