hearing all of the great things said here just makes me want to be polly even more. hope my name gets picked. But if not, I'll keep trying during the monthlies ;) I'm into scrapping so much now since MOC I doubt I'll stop at just those lol.
 
Gosh, all you Polly's are doing a great job of making us jealous, lol!! I love my teams but if I could add one more....ugh, how do you choose?! Valorie Wibbens or Allison Pennington. Or Just Jaimee. I can't choose!
 
I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be on the teams I'm on... some completely amazing designers.

I think Allison Pennington totally rocks the colors, funk, and amazingness, so her team would probably be the only one I'd I'd try for now.
 
My dream CT gigs would be the designers that I love here - Allison Pennington, One Little Bird, Valorie Wibbens & Sara Gleason.

I applied for Val's CT call a few months ago, but I didn't make the cut, although she did mention that she'd contact me for a guest opportunity. I haven't heard from her yet though, so I'm not sure if it's just my hallucination or she did really mention that in her email LOL.

The only problem I have now is I'm already on SIX CTs. If only I had more time...
 
I have nothing but love for all of the designers here (and I've purchased and used product from every TLP designer - something I can't say for any other store I've ever been at). Seriously I'd be on everyone's team here if I could. LOL.

I am proud of what I produce. And I'm doing what I enjoy for the people I love. I did apply for a call once, but all the people added were already on other CT's in the same store. I saw that occur again in another call that I didn't apply for, so that was the feeling I was left with.
 
I LOVE LOVE LOVE being on Kate's team. It's so much fun and her doodles are always amazing! I'm not even sure I could even choose who else I would like to be on.. they are all so awesome. I like to mix and match some of the more minimalist designer styles with my style of 'more is more' on pages loaded up with doodles. :) I really love when TLP has collab kits and you get to try a little of everyone's style.
 
Laurie Ann, Sara Gleason, One Little Bird and Kaye Winiecki! I mean, there are more but it would be a long list.
I just don't want to be on too many teams!
 
I've always wanted to be on Peppermint's team. :) There isn't anyone here I wouldn't CT for though! Sara Gleason is my fav too!

As I said a lot of times :) my fave designer *ever* is Just Jaimee. I will be her guest ct member next month and I'm really proud of it :wooot ..Of course I would be more happy if I was a permanent member..but a girl can dream :heartlub:heartlub

Well, I would be VERY happ to be in Mirjam team, 'cause she rocks..but also Allison Pennington,Valorie Wibbens..and well, I love everyone here :dizzy

i love all my designers now and really happy and lucky to be in their teams ^_^ i'm even so tickled pink when i got to guest ct for LBW and michelle godin! <3
 
I'm grateful to be on Amy Wolff's team since I love everything that woman do but I also use a lot of Little Butterfly Wings so I do hop she will have a CT soon, Michelle Godin stuff are right up in my alley too but I must admit I adore most of the designers here and buy way too much :)
 
Allison Pennington invited me to join her team a couple of months ago, and I feel like a kid in a candy store everytime I browse through there looking for something to scrap with.

I love love love her stuff, and I think that being associated with someone so pretty & cool makes me cooler and prettier. ; )

I am living the dream.

This is how I wished all CTs were made. I seldom answer calls because I'm always scared I'll never get picked and I know how disappointed I will be.

So obviously I must be a fan of the pressure to deliver good layouts while being on CTs - just not a fan of the call process with the risk of failing.
 
I have not been here at TLP for too long and love it here, love the monthly challenges, the BYOC collections and I did complete MOC. I find myself using Pink Reptile a LOT!!! And Allison Pennington is another designer that finds her way into my store cart. But it's difficult to pick just one, all TLP designers are outstanding and I spend more $$$$ here than anywhere else in digi-land. I am on Amy Martin's team and her template are just the best ever! Would love an opportunity to be on any of the TLP teams...and of course, being a POLLY would be out of the world!!!!

Just a little insight into the designer's perspective... I've invited people to my team because I love their scrapping style. They usually accept, but then might move on quickly to another team as soon as the opportunity arises. Maybe they didn't really want to be on my team but didn't have the heart to let me down... Honestly, it leaves me feeling like a stepping stone to a more desired team, and constantly in the need to renew and build my staff. I still do invite people on, but I've been burnt a few times, so I prefer when someone contacts me directly because they really want to be on MY team. I like building long-term relationships. Whenever a CT leaves my team I can't help but wonder why.

I'm not a huge fan of CT calls either, but I do run them once in a while. I let people know when I love their layouts. ;)
