think it is here in some places, but how you spending NYE?

Hubby was sick all week so he fell asleep on the couch by 7pm - cracked and eye here and there saying is it time? I watched Dick Clark's NY Rockin' Eve.. fell sleep but woke up just in time to see the ball drop. (Did anyone notice that they don't actually show it falling - just flash to it and then back to the street - bummer!) Oh - I also had hot chocolate with TWO chocolate covered marshmallows - that's right TWO! One was even strawberry flavored. It was a crazy night.

Aw Nicole.. So sorry hubby was ill... we went to bed but I just layed there while fireworks went off outside for hours.. LOL... I think I finally drifted off at 11:45 opened my eyes at 12:15 and then went back to sleep... excitement to say the least.. at least you had choc covered marshmallows! ;)
 
We had our friends come stay at our lake house for two nights, had lots of large fireworks, lots of yummo food, and great chit-chat!

We ended up having a small party at our house. I wanted to see my BFF one more day before she left me again to go back to RI, so we made an impromptu party. I then invited the neighbors from across the street so Bianca would stay busy. LOL!!!
