What's the first thing you eat or drink in the morning?

My answer is not too exciting... but I damn near plow over anything in my path to get to the Keurig first thing. :giggle

I don't like coffee, so diet coke for me. Breakfast of champions I tell ya! :)

I don't like coffee and the carbonation in diet coke for 25+ years killed my stomach, so it's iced tea for me. Plus a Nature Valley protein bar.

If I go to the gym, I have an apple or fruit when I get home and collapse on couch. I then look longily at my coffee maker...the Bunn baby Industrial. (two burner) and check to see if my beloved son whom I paid for his driver's training, and I drive early to school for the training, and should be up has made coffee. Seeing that red glow from the on switch causes happy, I then smile as I make my first cup of the day....
if he is not up, and I make coffee and then awaken him with loud noises and harsh bright lights. Then the house is up!

I can't even have caffeinated coffee... I can't imagine what a Mountain Dew would make me do during the morning!

It's pretty much like this... don't talk to me until I have visited my Keurig. LOL

Coffee. DH usually leaves me about a half a cup in the auto drip in the morning (thank goodness it has a thermal carafe. And then I do a pour over after I down that. After I drink that, it might be safe to talk to me. :)

ya, me too lol. the tea I drink is generally herbal except for the green tea I drink now and then.

anytime I accidentally have caffeine (you know, like when starbucks screws up and gives me caffeinated instead of decaff)... I get the shakes shortly after... that's how I know they screwed up lol. I love flavored decaff coffees but don't drink those too often.

I'm starving pretty much as soon as I am up and ready...so I have to eat a good breakfast. For me, that's generally a mix of Kashi Go Lean mixed with a little granola and milk, half a banana, half of a light cheese stick. The only thing I drink with that is a glass of water. If I've thought about it the night before, I might make myself a bowl of overnight oats and stick it in the fridge. I like those for breakfast, too, or maybe whole grain waffles.

Most days it's cereal, though, because we have to get going quickly and I need the energy right off.

Juice with toast or cereal. Occassionally coffee, but its more of a morning tea when I check my emails and start scrapping thing.

Today is a we-really-need-to-grocery-shop day so it was a couple of scrambled eggs in wraps. Didn't even have any cheese to put in it :( No srping onions or ham or bacon bits or anything. Just eggs in tortillas.
