I finally found a cookie I don't think I could eat...

Chocolate Chip Spider Cookies - Great for Kids on Halloween!



 
i think they are kind of fun and totally creative....i am just too lazy to draw legs in melted chocolate! lol!
 
what molly said! no way do I have time for that! but it would be fun on april fool's day to put in my 13 year old's lunch. :)
 
Ok...according to the link, you just take a toothpick and pull out legs from the melted chocolate chip right after they come out of the oven. HOWEVER...I don't believe that is what is in the photo. I think it's photoshopped spider legs. The striations on the legs make me think they are real.
 
That's gross. It looks too real to me, too. The idea is fun, though... I especially like the April Fool's idea Lori!
 
I seriously considered skipping this thread b/c of the title. creepy.

no really. like don't mess with them.


i'm looking for a photo right now for some candy that we definitely won't have in our house. Scorpion suckers and candy coated crickets. We found them at a whole foods market. No thanks!!
 
Have you seen the weird dead zombie fingers that use almold slivers for fingernails? Now *those* are super gross.

I agree... those don't look like melted chocolate which went cold....
this is just...not nice
Maybe I should be thanking you though, as I shouldnt be eating sugars at all....
 
My kids play iPhone apps all the time where you mix bugs into cookies and cupcakes and then pretend to eat them! They think it is hilarious!! Reminds me of this cookie.
 
Ewwww! Why would anyone add creepy heebie jeebies to a perfectly good choco chip cookie! My boys would love them, but it's not happening at our house! {{shivers}}
