Monday, Monday! What's happening?

Monday is here, yet again! What do you have planned for the week?

My kids are home from school today for teacher in-service, so we have a full day of appointments and errands. My oldest daughter has her very last ortho appointment before getting her braces off, so she's pretty excited! Tomorrow is back to the grind, but I am trying not to think about the huge to-do list waiting for me...yet. LOL

That is so exciting to get braces off! I bet she can't wait and will be smiling like crazy all day!

We have a few soccer games and baseball practices. Wednesday is my local library's used book sale too. I'm unreasonably excited about that. Thursday I'm hosting a speed scrap here (yay!) and then Saturday I think I might actually finally get to meet the Chicago scrappy girls! Can't wait!

I have a pretty mellow week finally, for once!! On Friday we'll be traveling to visit my grandma, but besides that, just trying to get school work done and get the rest of my seeds planted.

Kids back in school...the final hump of school. Yeah! We love summer time here!
I am ordering our curriculum for the summer today...bhahah mean ol' mom has them do math all summer long!
this also means getting rid of old books and clearing the shelves! yeah on downsizing!

What's happening, what's happening? Loads of exciting stuffs! I just uploaded a new and AWESOME collab to the store for april 19 release, if I may say so myself. I am just SO thrilled with the way it turned out and had genormous fun making it. PLUS I just reached over 3000 posts here!

Bah. Too much crazy this week. Soccer, IEP meeting, doc appointments, now I found out that my uncle and aunt are going to be in the area and they want to see us, which is hard b/c the times they have open we are booked but I feel obligated to figure something out.

We have a super busy, crazy week here! Tonight is actually the only night that everyone will be at home to have dinner together. My husband has to work all night tomorrow night, so a friend is coming over for a scrap date . My husband and I will go on a dinner date while the kids are at AWANA at church on Wed. I have a coffee to attend on Thurs. evening. Husband has to work all night again on Friday. We also have swim lessons, homeschool, and Bible study to attend. I'm tired just thinking about it all!

Snow. Snow is what's happening here today! It looked like a blizzard this morning, but actually the sun is out now and it's melting off. DHs grandpa is here with us fora couple of days. Tomorrow night is our Cub Scout pine wood derby, dr. Appoinment Wednesday, soccer practices... Getting ready to host my local digi night out crop on Saturday. Lots of busy and fun stuff! Hoping to squeeze in some scrapping time because its been far too long!

Well, this morning, I would've said nada....this is a slow week for us, next week I'll be busy. BUT...my hubby bought me a new camera today!!!! My first DSLR (Nikon D3100) so now I get to spend the whole week learning about my new camera! I'm so excited!!!

My day off turned into crazy! My daughter ended up staying home sick, but not until we were already out the door (so not even the pleasure of no rushing!). Then work called and needed me to come in for about 15 or 20 minutes to help with something for our medical office turning to electronic medical records. An hour and a half later...hmmph!... I headed to Costco, but realized I nearly missed a lunch networking meeting I had set up with another nurse practitioner and a business contractor... by 1pm I finished there and had to come check on my sweetie... headed to pick up my son from school and off to grocery store then home to make dinner. Where did my day off go? I'm only now getting to see my computer! I work the rest of the week, but then on Friday my dad is arriving from California!!!! Can't wait to see him.

Well, I took B to the bus stop... came inside the house, had a small breakfast and then went to bed! YEP... I WENT TO BED and took a nap until 1pm!!!!! OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the kids are back at school and I have just got antibiotics for my sinus infection so I'm looking forward to my day off from work on Friday
