Here in the US we sprung forward today and other countries will in a couple of weeks. What are your thoughts? Is it necessary or should we just stick with one and leave it?

I love the idea of having DST year round..lol. I hate the early dark winter nights. I would so much rather it be a darker a little longer in the morning.

I'd like to say on whatever we are on now. I hate it getting dark so early. :(

I have no preference on which way it should be, but I definitely wish it wouldn't change! It's such a pain!

I agree with not liking the change, just stick to something and stop driving me insane!

btw. I am just so glad my phone and mac remember to change all by themselves.

I don't mind when it goes back and we get an extra hour in bed, but the spring forward sucks LOL

I hate daylight savings time. Just when it's light for me in the morning when I get up and exercise before work, it gets dark again. I wish we could just stay on standard time all year.

But my second choice would be to just stay on DST all year. The switching messes with my sleep, my circadian rhythm, and productivity.

I loathe daylight savings...blech. I'd much rather just keep it the same year round!

Indiana wasn't on daylight savings time when I was growing up. I thought everyone's TV shows came on at two different times during the year! :giggle

I hates it.

btw. I am just so glad my phone and mac remember to change all by themselves.

Tell me about it! DST is such a pain in the butt. I wake up best to daylight, and prefer longer light times in the evening. I wish the gov't would just pick a middle-time and stick with it.

we celebrated by getting up at 5am and exercising together...I came home fed the dog, made coffee, drank a large glass of water, sat on couch with dog and promptly fell asleep! bhahhahah
