Life has been so hectic... I can't seem to find a way to destress... What do you do to destress yourself?

I need help :( :heartslub

Glass of wine, watch a movie or usually just sleep. I get more stressed proportionally with my lack of sleep.

And you know... scrapping always diverts my attention to happy memories. :)

Read or take a bath.

I used to run, back when it wasn't a bajillion degrees below zero.

And when I wasn't lazy.

If the weather is nice - run. If not, do some sort of exercise, take a hot shower, drink a lot of liquor, and sleep.

Running would be great!! However, I am tired that I so so just wanna lie in bed!! :( hopefully no phone calls from the office!!

I've never been much of a bath person, but I bought some Lush bath bombs before Christmas, and I have to say they're pretty relaxing to use!

The windchill was 3 today, and I'm still lazy. But I went anyway. Helped that my friends were meeting me. Pressure was on. LOL

Definitely a large glass of wine, a serving of some gooey mac 'n' cheese, and a marathon of a favorite show (like NCIS) where you don't have to think too hard :)

I like to listen to music and scrap to de-stress although I should probably exercise but I just don't want to!

Things I've done:
1. Running - it really works. It's great for stress and depression because it gets those natural endorphins going.
2. Begging my husband to watch the kids for a while so i can do (fill in the blank) a) take a nap b) take a shower c) read a book d) scrap
3. Take my celexa every morning!

exercise. that's about the only thing that really does it well enough and enough to make it last...until the next time (usually the next day or two). getting the blood moving to get those nasty ew and tired chemicals moving and replaced by the good ones really does help.
