Ok, I've got Pinterest loaded with crockpot recipes but would like to know what crockpot recipes you & your family enjoy or just plain easy to make. I'm helping a friend with recipes but she'd like something that others have made.

Ooh I have bunches! I'm on my phone now but will try to remember and come back tomorrow to post a few. I love using my crockpot! I'm trying out a crockpot apple butter recipe in a couple days.

Angie, that recipe may just work. My friend wrote it all down and I'll find out how it turned out. DH even commented that he'd like to try it. Hmmmm, think I might get him to make it. Thanks!

I'm going to make this next....I love Butter Chicken

and I think I'm going to make a Thai Chicken Curry in it this week too...Just coconut milk, chicken thighs, onion, red curry paste, veggies, fish sauce...I have frozen thighs so I'm going to give it a try in the crockpot. I make this on the stove at least once every few weeks.

Oh yeah....this was really tasty too. My boys loved it!

I just made a yummy one on my blog! http://blog.angiekovacs.com

I'm trying this today, it's in the crock pot right now and smells SO good!

One of my favourites is a meatloaf. I don't remember where I found the recipe and haven't even written it down anywhere yet.

Lean ground beef - 2lbs.
Egg - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup
Onion soup mix - 1 package. I sometimes add an extra half if I have more than 2 lbs. of ground beef.
Red pepper flakes - 1 tsp. (more or less depending on your preference)

Sauce
Brown sugar - 4 heaping tbsp.
Ketchup - 4 heaping tbsp.
Mustard - 1 heaping tbsp.

Combine first set of ingredients, adding additional seasoning if you like. Form loaf shape and put into slow cooker. Cover top with sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high 4-5.

Here's my crockpot board on Pinterest and I have bried most of them.

We had the chicken spaghetti last week and it was really good! Also, my all time favorite way to make pulled pork barbecue is in the crock pot. That recipe is in there, too. It's our Christmas tradition.
