What new trick do you wish you could learn?

I've actually been working on mine over the past few years. I learned to run, knit, quilt, and took piano (that last one didn't go so well).

I don't think there's much left on my list, other than I wish I could SING, but I'm probably even more hopeless there than I was on piano. :giggle
 
Singing for me too! I sound great in the car and shower but carrying a tune in front of people....yea, not so much!

I'm also learning Archery......like primitive bow and arrow. Don't ask....DH talked me into it! And it is fun!
 
I want to start preserving things (canning). My husband ordered me a big box of pears from the FFA sale at school, so some canned pears are going to be my first attempt soon.
 
I totally want to learn to knit. Unfortunately, I don't have the patience to watch online videos to learn. One of these days, I'll force myself.
 
I don't know just yet. I'm totally doing Christine's & Peppermint's New52 in 2013 (from my birthday at the end of January through January 2014), so I've been brainstorming new things to try/eat/visit/do.
 
I would love to learn how to knit cute little hats!!! I did knit a hat and a cocoon when Little D was a newborn b/c I really wanted to take his pictures in a little cocoon with matching hat. I used one of those loom thingys....it went ok but I would love to learn how to knit for real though. Being a south paw makes it tough though...I can't quite get my right hand to do things! LOL
 
I would love to learn how to knit! I was not a success at crochet but that was about 25 years ago. I'd like to think that my attention to detail is a little better now.
 
I would love to learn how to use my Canon a little better. I don't want to shoot in Auto all the time. I'm going to start looking into some classes.
 
I have a list... lol I'd love to learn how to crochet, how to play the guitar, shoot with a bow, and really learn how to really use my camera.

This. When I first got my dSLR, the photo were soooo much better than with my P&S that I put off learning manual, but now that I've had it for a year, I'm ready to step it up.

I'm also itching to learn to sew. There are so many cool things I could make for a baby girl, but it's hard to do without a sewing machine or being able to pay attention to detail!

This was my wish in 2010, and I'm by no means an impressive chef, I've gotten soooooo much better! And really all I did was start trying. I read some good blogs, made some simple recipes, and now no one complains when I cook. You should just start now, and in a year, you'll look back and be impressed at how much better you are.
 
Tricks? Hmmm I think I would like to learn some photography tricks. I have plans to join a local photography club. They have outings in our area quite a bit and I learn so much easier hands on than reading or watching videos. Though you tube has been a great resource for me!!
 
I'd love to learn how to take decent photos.
 
I would love to learn how to use PS CS4 for scrapping! I use acdsee photo editor for scrapping and ps for processing photos!

Would also loooove to learn how to sew & crochet! :D
