What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? I guess it has to be riding in the MS150. We actually did 183 miles over the weekend, and it was an amazing experience. Seeing the people with MS along the course thanking us for riding for them was really emotional.

Are you allergic to any foods? Nope. It would probably help me if I were. LOL

What's your favorite YouTube video? Currently it has to be the Sweet Brown remix

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Um. Everything.

Have you ever been to a musical? A few, actually. I saw Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Donnie Osmond and he was amazing. I've also seen RENT and Miss Saigon and probably some others.

I would literally die without cherries, coconut, pecans and pistachios. Especially coconut.
 
What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? Great family vacation to Yellowstone + Jackson Hole AND meeting Sara + Carolee at Summer CHA. Both were so awesome that it would be impossible to choose only one.

Are you allergic to any foods? Cantaloupe and, while it's technically an autoimmune deal and not an allergy, my big one is GLUTEN.

What's your favorite YouTube video? Ummmm.

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Make DD2 write thank you notes for her birthday presents. Tomorrow for sure. :whistle

Have you ever been to a musical? Yes, many many. It was one of my favorite things to do when I lived in NYC.

What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? My son graduating from high school AND getting to be a guest polly!

Are you allergic to any foods? Food no. A bunch of other stuff, yes.

What's your favorite YouTube video? Not much into that. I did enjoy several about boy scout high adventure camps.

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Get all prepped for a meeting tomorrow.

Have you ever been to a musical? Most certainly! Love them.

What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? I got to meet my new nephew, most rockin' baby on the planet. :thumbsups

Are you allergic to any foods? Nope, at least not physically.

What's your favorite YouTube video? Can't say I hit YouTube much... unless it's to show my kids proof that I'm actually not making up the latest song I've spontaneously started singing in response to something they've said. :giggle

Have you ever been to a musical? I was in the chorus of every school musical we put on in junior high and high school. I went to quite a few of my college's productions. Pre-kids, DH and I used to have season passes to the summer musical series here. And I saw Victor Victoria on Broadway during my first trip to New York. So I guess that would be a yes. :)

What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? Vacationing in Hawaii with DH.

Are you allergic to any foods? nope.

What's your favorite YouTube video? hmm, favorite? the only time I watch you tube videos is with my kids, our favorites are old Mickey Mouse cartoons and Bert & Ernie clips.

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Write a post for the MSA blog - I'm supposed to be spotlighting a scrapper. I sent out a bunch of PMs but got no responses! Anyone wanna help me out? (I'm dead serious! It just entails answering some questions and sharing a few favorite layouts!)

Have you ever been to a musical? Yes. Several high school productions, do those count? But DH did take me to see Phantom of the Opera a few years ago in Vegas, it was awesome.

What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? We spent loads of time with our niece and nephew, and have made multiple trips "home" to visit my family. Oh, and getting our pool this summer was pretty cool too.

Are you allergic to any foods? Cherries, apples, pineapple, peaches, plums, and all nuts other than peanuts.

What's your favorite YouTube video? Weiner dog eating corn on the cob and David after the dentist

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Fill out the forms to renew my passport.

Have you ever been to a musical? Many years ago, in high school I think.

What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? I moved? I dunno. A lot of cool stuff happened. But I'm going to stick with that one.

Are you allergic to any foods? Shellfish. And I hate peanut butter enough that I want to tell people I'm allergic, but I'm not.

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Probably exchange the trashcan at Bed Bath and Beyond. Or some games at Toys R Us.

Have you ever been to a musical? Oh my gosh YES! I was raised on Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables. I sang Master of The House at the age of four quite well.

amusingly.. up until 2 years ago I just thought I hated coconut and that's why I didn't eat it. surprise when i decided to try some for the first time in 352 years.... we're assuming my younger "i hate coconut" self was just me not understanding I had a mild allergic reaction .. this next time was the unpleasant mouth tongue throat face swelled up kind :p death to coconut.

Going to San Diego to hang out with Christine and Todd (and Liz, for one day). I rarely take vacations. I should take more.

Not yet, but give it some time. I seem to develop new allergies every year.

That's a toss up between Lonely Planet's "We Like Sports" video, or the Honey Badger.

What were you supposed to do today but didn't?

Find an International recipe to make for an "International Food & Beer Festival" dinner party we're attending on Saturday. (Mexican and Italian are prohibited, the hosts feel like it's a cop out)

What was the coolest thing that happened this summer?
A friend from college that I hadn't seen in almost 12 years visited me for a couple of days this summer. Her kids and my DD got along really well and we had a great visit. It was really awesome to catch up and she lives really close to my parents (less than 30 mins at any rate) so I'm planning on trying to work something out to see them when we visit my family in the fall.
Are you allergic to any foods?
Nope...I had a couple of food allergies that popped up as a teen (dairy and citric acid..I broke out into major hives...ick), but they only lasted a couple of years. The human body is weird sometimes.
What's your favorite YouTube video?
I don't really watch much on youtube other than crafting videos. I've been really fascinated by art journaling videos as of late. And I really love Tangie Baxter's Junque Journaling series. I've even started on a couple of junque journal type projects of my own (one for my multitudes of lists and one as a kind of encyclopedia of me).
What were you supposed to do today but didn't?
I had plans to attack the flat surfaces in my house that tend to accumulate clutter. That so didn't happen. Thank goodness tomorrow is a new day.
Have you ever been to a musical?
I have a BFA in theatre. I've worked on musicals (including two that got sent to Broadway) and I've been to lots of musicals everything from high school to college to community theatre to professional theatre, but I've only ever been to see one show on Broadway (and no it wasn't either of the ones that I worked on). The show I saw on Broadway was Bring in Da Noise, Bring in Da Funk...was a fun show but it would have been really awesome to see it when Savion Glover was still in it...I loved him on Sesame Street (and yes I was too old to be watching Sesame Street when he was on it but I had much younger siblings so that's my excuse).

What's your favorite YouTube video? Any 80's pop songs esp Duran Duran, AHa, the daggier the better...

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? where to strat? pack more, pack even more... (oh and have quiet me time and my husband was supposed to be skiing with a friend but the weather is too nasty so they are stuck at home, behaving like teenagers - bored and playing loud music)

Have you ever been to a musical? Only school musicals

What was the coolest thing that happened this summer? Not to be too much of a kiss up, :) but I would say CHA topped the list, too! As a family, we don't vacation in the Summer. We hate crowds and tend to go in the Spring and the late Fall when everyone else doesn't. I feel bad for my kids when they go back to school and they have to write about their Summer. They always complain to me that they have nothing to write about since they didn't fly anywhere.

What's your favorite YouTube video? I never watch YouTube. The last thing I saw was Sweet Brown.

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Grocery shop. We've been digging into our frozen stash and pantry in a serious way this Summer. The kids are sick of pasta. I need to go tomorrow!

Have you ever been to a musical? Yes! I've been to a handful. The last one was Wicked, I think.

Have you ever been to a musical? Yes. Bunches of HS productions and quite a few in various venues. The big ones I've been to are Phantom of the Opera, Les Mis, and Miss Saigon. Looove the theatre.

Are you allergic to any foods? No, not allergic.....I eat it all!

What were you supposed to do today but didn't? Clean the bathrooms.....just couldn't get motivated!

Have you ever been to a musical? I attended a couple in high school and when our DD was in high school.
