I dunno how i kept a straight face and didnt laugh,Rhys who is 11 had sex education at school yesterday and came home and never shut up about it,he never talks about school but yesterday he kept going on and on then looked at me and asked me if id like to ask a question lmao

that is too funny karen. you should have played dumb and acted like this was the first you have ever heard of such a thing :)

Oh man! My dd has questions about this sometimes and she's just so young and all. But kids talk amongst each other about this stuff. I guess I'd rather she asked me and had her facts straight lol. Just.....awkward! I am not looking forward to when she gets into that class in school so I feel for you!

LOL! i remember clearly the day sebastian came home after sex ed at school. he told me what they had talked about and then just said, 'well, i think that explains a lot.'
i about died laughing! but i kept my poker face on.

that poker face is good aint it,i think i held it together well until he turned to me seriously and asked me if id like to ask him a question as if i hadnt a clue what sex was lol

:rofl
good to know he's there for ya if you ever need advice or explanation!!

That is so funny Karen! My oldest had started on the sex education this past year in school and she is very naive. I managed to keep her shielded from most of all that until she was 14. Just figured if she had questions she could come and ask me. ANyway, the teacher gave us all a heads up JUST IN CASE there was a stray 14 year old that didn't already know more about sex than their parents, so I got to have "the talk" with her and you talk about EMBARRASSING!!! She was humiliated. IT WAS SOO FUNNY!! LOL!

All I remember about having "the talk" with my oldest is that it required a glass of red wine first....
