Scared to face the scales today

We bought an all day dining pass yesterday at the theme park as it was cheaper and my god I think we just ate for the sake of it and today is slimming world day,it's a good job I'm target and allowed to gain a little bit he he

lol yeh i gained a couple pounds this week because i just decided pfft i need a break. i'll be paying for it while i re-lose that weight

tell me about it,it was only 1.5lb but got to get that off this week cause going to lego land next week so need it off so that i can put it back on again lol

ooh i did weight watchers years back but much prefer slimming world cause you can actually eat loads lol,am target now but need to keep going to maintain it am doing well been target since march now which is a record for me lol

Plus, isn't Slimming World so much more *positive* sounding than Weight Watchers? I think it is.
