If you want a thicker consistency, I ususally make a flour/water paste and add it when the cream cheese is all melted... YUM!

I'm lovin' my CrockPot! I've made some awesome goodies just from the recipes I've pinned on Pinterest and so far DH has liked all of them.

By far, this is our favorite and it turned out awesome both the night I served it and the leftovers that I added Chicken Broth to. YUMMY!
