It is no secret (to my rear end, anyway) that I :heartslub ice cream.

My favorite kinds are Ben and Jerry's Coffee Toffee (or whatever it's called lol), Haagen Dazs Coffee, and Breyer's Vanilla Bean with Sanders Hot Fudge on top.

If we go to DQ, I get a peanut buster parfait. I love sweet + salty.

Recently we got our own Lemonberry in town, where you get your own frozen yogurt and pick your toppings and then they weigh it. This could get dangerous for my bank account when my cup weighs 3 pounds. :giggle I got vanilla with hot fudge, marshmellow sauce, spanish peanuts, granola, and chocolate chips. It was soooo good!

What's your poison? Plain or with toppings? Nuts or no nuts? Or do you (shudder) not even care for ice cream?

I LOVE ice cream! My favorite to buy from a store would be Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey or Heath Bar Coffee. To go somewhere and eat ice cream, Cold Stone Creamery is probably my favorite, although I recently discovered Pink Berry which is a frozen yogurt shop that uses non-fat yogurt with live cultures and it is so creamy and delicious!

White Chocolate Mousse yogurt is my absolute favorite! We have a 3 Flamingos that's like your Lemonberry and its packed every afternoon, especially right after school gets out. Its a bit pricey but it is sooooo good with all the varieties of toppings.

Honestly, I am not a huge fan of ice cream. Part of it is that my teeth kill every time I eat it, but they didn't use to be like that, and I have never really loved it. Now, I will have some occasionally when the family is eating it, but I have to have lots of chunks in it, lol, and lots of toppings so it is not just ice cream. I love the ben and Jerry (i think) kind that has the chocolate covered potato chips - can't remember the name. Sweet and salty combos are awesome. I throw salted peanuts and hot fudge on mine and call it done :)

Oh gosh.... all of the above for me!!! As long as it's ice cream or yogurt, I'm happy! But, it must be a Jethro size bowl! :-)

I'm crazy about ice cream!! it's summer here, and there's always some in the fridge!!! I love chocolate, vanilla, and some other fancy flavours found here in Brazil...

I'm not a HUGE ice cream fan, but I do love Dreyer's French Silk. I also like fruity sorbet's, and I love the frozen yogurt places where you choose your own and your toppings.

With some flavors I like nuts on them, and on fruity flavors I like gummy bears and mochi balls.

I really wish I hated ice cream. It is my biggest downfall. Specifically the DQ with a drive thru just two blocks from our house. I love blizzards. Usually I get the chocolate extreme. Yum!

another ice cream/frozen yogurt lover here!

we too have the "pay by the ounce" frozen yogurt near us and my kids and I love to drop in there far too often. I usually do a fruit flavor and top it with fruit or toasted coconut, maybe hot fudge too!

Farr's German Chocolate Cake is one of my favorite ice cream flavors as well as a great Vanilla Bean.

is there really a bad ice cream flavor out there?!:rofl

sadly i've been dairy free for a while but my favourite flavour used to be cotton candy. oh and chocolate fudge sundaes with peanuts. oh and smarties blizzards from DQ. . .. and now my mouth is watering LOL!

If anyone is looking for dairy alternatives, Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss ice cream is ah-mazing! It's dairy, gluten and soy free (made with coconut milk) and they have some really awesome flavours (especially if you live in the US! we don't get them all in Canada)

I LOVE ice cream. Last summer I discovered making our own ice cream at home and it is divine!
We have made raspberry chocolate, peach, and salted caramel ice cream at home. (Underline contains links to pics on my blog.) There's nothing like the freshness of homemade ice cream!

Having said that, if I'm at the store at Haagen Dazs Amaretto Crunch or Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia is on sale, I certainly won't turn it down, LOL.

I have to be in the mood for ice cream and this post has me in the mood! I love coffee or chocolate chip mint or cookie dough! Also, most Ben and Jerry flavors!

Eh. I could take or leave ice cream. My favorite kind is mint chip, but honestly, I could go without ice cream for the rest of my life and be okay. *ducks*

However, my MIL, husband, stepson, and daughter (so far) are ice cream FREAKS. We go to my ILs' house every Sunday for lunch, and right before we leave, MIL scoops up a bowl of chocolate ice cream for everyone to have. That's their favorite kind --- chocolate! I usually don't have any. If I'm going to eat ice cream, it's at least going to have 'stuff' in it!

if we weren't suffering from sub-zero temps here right now, this thread would make me want to go out and get ice cream. I love it, yes, but do you know how DIFFERENT it tastes here? I was very happy when Ben & Jerry's finally made it to Germany, because the stuff you get in the stores here - bleh.

Now GELATO, on the other hand.....yum. find a gelato stand in the summer and eat your heart out. every true stand has different flavors because they make it themselves. Okay, it's not AS good as the stuff in Italy, but it's pretty darn close! Only problem is that you can NOT get it in the winter. then again - sub-zero temps...don't really want it! :D

Baskin Robbins chocolate almond or edys chocolate or prairie farms butter pecan. Omg butter pecan w chocolate hot fudge Swoon!!

I live for the holidays when Peppermint ice cream is "in season"! I'll have it a few times and then have to wait several months.

We also have a soft serve place near my house that makes bllizzard type things called "twirls". My favorite is the cordial cherry, cherries, chocolate sauce and vanilla soft serve. YUM!!

I LOOOVE coffee icecream and mint chocolate chip :beat If I do Vanilla Bean, I prefer having berries on it, too! M'mmm...
