would you move? I would somewhere near the coast, I want to be able to go to the beach. Maybe I'd move to B.C., or maybe somewhere warmer, I'm not sure, I just like to walk the beach and see the ocean.

I used to think so, and like you I thought beach. But now that I'm old and settled, I don't know that I would. I'd probably fix my house up and stay here, and buy a condo on the beach to retreat to when the weather gets crappy. I wouldn't want to leave my town and my friends.

I might get a new house with a bigger yard for the kids, but I would stay in this town. I love it here... we can walk and ride our bikes to the beach, but only in the summer. Plus, both sets of grandparents are in this area and I like that too! :) but, like Rubia, I would travel a lot! And I'd hire someone to follow me around and teach how to get better photos! :)

as much as i love the beach i love it here as we have friends here and so do the kids so i would buy a holiday home in Devon,a camper van and a volkswagen beetle because its my husbands dream to own one and id have me a little sports car, dunno where the kids would sit tho lol

Yes. I would move to Tennessee/Georgia/North Carolina/South Carolina in a heartbeat if I had the chance.

With one kid in college (and contemplating medical school) and one about to go to college, I would focus on their college funds.

But I'd be able to see my daughter more!!

If I won.....I would fix up what we have and sell it and buy a little bit bigger home not far from here. But then, I'd also buy a house near a beach for vacations!

Hmmm. I would have an apartment in NYC, another in Paris and a house near my parents, but I would still keep the house I am in now. I think this would require a MegaMillions win though. LOL

I'd probably stay here in town, but I'd buy a new home (one story). I'd also need to have a house in Santa Cruz (beach house...my hometown), an apartment in Seattle and I'd travel travel travel!!

I would get a small apartment near central park, a beach house here and keep our house (well our almost house in VA). You have to play to win though, don't you?

I wouldn't move but I'd get a nice big penthouse apartment near here with a view of Manhattan! I've actually had dreams about that! LOL!

we would stay where we are while the kids are in school, though we would move to a bigger, nicer house for sure. We are right on the beach anyway in a nice area so we would be nuts to move! But when the kids are older, DH and I would like a place on a big property in the country. But still closeish to the beach.

Oh eryn I'm so jealousvof you living by the sea and if I had a big housevid have to employ a slave ops I mean a house keeper

I think, I would buy me a house, but would stay here, because my family lives here and I dont want to live somewhere far away from them again (we moved back to here as I was pregnant with my youngest son)

haha and a chef for sure! And yeh we live very close but we don't often actually go to the beach.

i think i would stay in the same area. we have moved so many times that right now the thought of moving does not appeal to me at all. what DOES appeal to me is being settled into a house i love and that i can fix up the way i WANT it. so i would probably do that and then just TRAVEL a ton. maybe get a house / appartment on the coast of spain, or maybe even in madrid since i'm most familiar with that area already and am dying to get back there. then i would have a nice landing spot when i decided to explore europe more. :)
