I love Charlie Brown Christmas and of course, The Grinch!!

What was your favourite as a child and do you still watch it when it is televised?

You know, I don't really have a childhood one! They all seem so lame. LOL I tried to watch Charlie Brown a few years ago and I couldn't make it through it. I thought it was so good when I was a kid though. I wish I still liked those old movies.

But my three fave Xmas movies now are: Elf, The Grinch (with Jim Carrey) and Christmas Vacation.

After **cough, cough** 46 years **cough, cough** I still watch them all! Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is my ultimate fav Christmas show.

We watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, every year!! Love Clark..lol!

I keep all of my Xmas movies packed away with decor except those 3 I mentioned. Those all watch all year long. I love all the Vacation movies actually.

Yep I'm a Christmas Vacation fan too. It's the only Christmas movie I re-watch each year. I don't really remember being attached to any others from my childhood.

We watch The Grinch each year along with Rudolf, Frosty the Snowman, etc.... the old classics. We also have added the Polar Express. I am about ready to start dragging those out.

I only watched The Polar Express once. I should get it from Netflix and watch it again to see if I need to buy it. ;)

All of them! I love christmas movies. A couple years ago I bought all the classics on DVD for *my son* and then spent the next few weeks watching them after he went to bed.

There is no Christmas without the Charlie Brown special. Linus' reading and his cute lisp... gah. It totally makes the whole season for me. Always has, always will.

emmett otter's jugband christmas. i loved that movie as a kid

Love Charlie Brown
The animated Grinch
and Rudolph clay animation
and Home Alone
:heartslub

and now post-childhood I have added a few to the list:
Polar Express
the Jim Carey version of Grinch
and It's a Wonderful Life

These are musts. We also seem to watch the Harry Potter marathon while trimming the tree... they're always on ABC Family every weekend around the holidays, which is how the tradition started a few years back.

Love Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Love Charlie Brown's Christmas, Love Boris Karloff's How the Grinch Stole Christmas...we watch these every year without fail.

Not really a children's movie but I grew up watching White Christmas and still watch it every year as well.

Oh, this one's hard! I love them all!! If I had to choose it would be a toss up between It's A Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street and Irving Berlin's White Christmas. I love the old classic ones!

However, if it's a good laugh I'm going for it would be A Christmas Story and National Lampoons!
