SO, if you could make your December Daily DREAM KIT....

what would it include....

??????

inquiring design minds want to know!

:giggle

numbered worn ribbon, zipper, 'bingo' type element cards, grid stamps, antiquish brads, stars, messy stitches straight and circular, 'list' journaling cards, staple, paint, doilies, lace ribbon, ripped cardboard look elements, number stamps = large oversized numbers... in reg and distressed look

metal word art - antinquish - believe, love, dream, cherish, miracle, holiday, christmas, season, joy.

I'll put my thinking cap on and 'edit' my post..

with all this talk on cutting macines some cutting files would be amazing. I have seen some overlay page things for Daily December around, possibly on Brynn's pinterest.

overlay type things that look like printed transparencies.
red and off-white vintage polkadot ribbon. maybe striped too.
graphic circle tags... kind of along the lines of
xctmprjyQPL.png
or like the trick or treat circles in the tlp/oscraps collab (can't remember off hand whose they were).
definitely date stamps, number stamps, graphic stamps (stockings, lights, stars, trees, etc)
inky edge photo overlays

i've been keeping a journal for ideas for this, so i'm excited some of things i've designed are going along w/ some of these! :)

Big tags with numbers 1-31...so many stop at 25 and our Christmas dinner is usually on the 26th (our tradition for a long long time..mom refused to spend Christmas day in the kitchen...she wanted a day off too..lol). plus it allows you to capture through NYE if you have all the numbers.

Im going to try to do a digital one this year. We will see how it goes :)

Tags, Large Numbers(1-31), Christmas Trees, word strips (different light patterns), Christmas Word Art, List 1 thru 10 (for wish list), Frames, buttons, Glitter swirls, Recipe cards, pockets.

I love all of the ideas already posted.

Pockets & overlays are a must. Stitching. Stamps of any kind (preferably distressed). I'd probably do it digitally so maybe some glittery paint sprays (like the gold paint in the TTMM collab). Some spills (either red or gold star shaped or circle rhinestones would be awesome) - I like they way they look in pockets.

As for color schemes, I'm all about classic colors. Red, green, cream, gold and kraft. Love me some kraft.

pretty christmasy brushes and stamps and little scattery things cause I love them. :) Lots of fun and pretty alphas and journal spots :)

I think most of mine have been said, but this is what I'm looking to do this year.

  • Kraft paper for my background
  • Lots of paintbrush strokes or other messy paints for backgrounds.
  • Very traditional Christmas stamps: stockings, Christmas tree, Santa, etc
  • Traditional colored paper: red, green, cream, white...that can be a more muted color of those, but I'm getting tired of not finding many traditional color christmas kits.
  • A great NEW font and alpha.

Yes and yes! And yes to Cristina's word strips idea. I love anything a little rustic and/or messy for Christmas.

Borders, doodled or tape with and without patterns. My Stick Arounds addiction hasn't improved. And to agree with much of the above suggestions, a new alpha, font, clippings, and maybe some pockets with optional staples, tape, or fasteners of some kind :beat
