I just recently bought the iPhone 4 so I won't be getting the 4S anytime soon. I had previously heard that the 4S wasn't going to have that many new things but this morning on the news, they made it sound a whole lot more involved. I hope you get yours soon Kelly!

I updated my iPhone last night, got somewhat stuck in the middle (that'll teach me to surf the web while iTunes is updating :blush) so I clicked stop and started over and OMG, my iPhone RESTORED!!! Luckily it had done a backup right before but I have a zillion stupid apps for the kids on there from their iPod touch and now I have all of those zillions apps on my phone :dizzy So, now I have the iCloud, whatever that is :rofl

I get so confused...I have the old 3GS and the only reason I'm not waiting for the 5 is because of the horrible camera on my current phone, 8 megapixels was all they needed to sell me :giggle

I just think it's hysterical to see Steve Wozniak standing in line for a phone...but I am easily amused.
 
i'm waiting for mine too! i do not want to leave the house until it arrives LOL!

I am super excited for my new iphone. I'm waiting for the man in brown too!
 
I'm not getting a new phone my my hubby so overly excited about the new OS, so he stayed up super late two nights ago to update his phone. It took 9 hours to download it, so he had to give up and go to bed. Then he got up super early to finish it before work yesterday and it was getting hung up on the restore portion. He was all ga-ga about it yesterday all day. He kept coming in my office (we work two offices apart) to show me some new silly gadget he'd discovered. It was pretty amusing to me actually. He did mine last night and it was much faster, but I'm still feeling my way around.

Not sure how I feel about the new iCloud thing. I didn't have enough space online to back up both my iPad and my iPhone. I'm certainly not going to pay for the online storage, so I decided to only do the apps on my iPad and then everything on my iPhone.

Steve standing in line did give me a chuckle. :)
 
Enjoy it! I updated to iOS 5 last night...and lost a ton of apps :( (despite a backup & restore). But I do like it! I have the 4 so I'll be waiting on the 5 next fall.
 
my iphone 4s showed up today! yipee! it's a late birthday gift. . . . i've patiently waited for my contract to expire since June!
 
I keep getting offers from my provider that I can get one at a great deal... but I'd have to add another $30-50 to my data plan and I already spend too much on my phone as it is... I guess I am just too frugal to spend that much. :(

That is me too. I don't even have a smartphone, because I cannot justify paying the data plan. But I am pushing DH to upgrade his 3Gs to the 5 so that we can take better pictures when we need to. :)
 
I am not getting the 4s since I just got my white 4 this spring...but I am so afraid to update to iOS 5 because I don't want to lose anything...but a couple of my apps are being a PITA so I think I need to...sigh...
