15 June 26 We need another Check-in

Getting to the gym easily is essential I think. When I had to drive into town, I almost always found an excuse to skip "just this once" Ha! Now, though, I have a community-funded gym just down the road. I drive right by it on my way to everywhere. Feeling guilty when I don't stop in is both great and the pits! Plus, the staff know when you skip. Motivation right there!

In other news, I've been on GLP-1 for six weeks and lost 6 pounds. A pound a week isn't too bad. After all the years on a scale roller coaster, I'll take it!

Congratulations on your new journey with the GLP-1...I do think it's a game-changer for those of us who have had life-long struggles. I'm jealous of your gym down the road! Now, that doesn't mean I don't have one. We have a community center/pool with gym equipment, but their hours don't work very well for me. I would totally do a water aerobics class if it was before work and not during!
