Between my MIL unable to bear weight on her right leg, having 4 animals at home when I *only* have 2 dogs, and my son's moving truck showing up today with only 20 min notice (was supposed to arrive next week) it's been a crazy few days!!

Goodness! That's a LOT! I hope you find some time to relax soon and that things slow down for you a bit!

What on earth with the moving truck! How can they show up a week early and expect you to be ready to deal with that?!!? At least I can assume this is the stuff already packed coming to you, and you didn't have pack things up in a hurry. That would be so much worse!

No it was already packed - arriving, which was nice, but the lack of communication was crazy!

Unfortunately, nothing slowed down - my MIL was diagnosed today with a blood clot. So it was medical care all day today too. The silver lining is that at least this is treatable and not a chronic pain situation. We just need to get her through the risky part safely!
