is there a place with the steps of how to post and then share in the challenges forum

i am so used to doing it the "old" way and am confused how to post now. i know to use member galleries and then tag the type of challenge and the designers but then how to i put the layout in the forum for my challenges for the month and also for the specific challenge forum ? thanks for help. still getting used to the new website

When you go into the gallery, and open any layout, scroll down and on the right is the Share Media area. Then you just click on the 2 little squares like the Yellow that Jagruti highlighted.

ok i see that but and i copied it but when i go to the forum how do i add it to the forum for my challenge pages and for the challenge that it is page

Just hit keyboard shortcut ctrl V when you are in your comment box.
