We made it! The new store and our trusty forum are officially back online. Before you dive in, please take a moment to read these quick notes so you can get settled smoothly:

Housekeeping Still in Progress
Some of the more complex products aren’t visible yet. They’re coming—promise! I had to get the new store online because the old one was crumbling, so we chose stability first. Thank you for your patience while we finish the import queue.
Phase 2 Features on the Horizon
Wishlist, additional bells & whistles, and more backend automation are all lined up for Phase 2 once we finish the immediate cleanup.
Thank you for hanging with us through launch day (and a few bumps!). Have fun exploring, and remember:
If you hit an order or download snag, use the Contact Us form on the main site/store so it lands in our new support desk. There will be another post about this specifically.

Reset Your Password
- Head to https://the-lilypad.com/my-account/
- Click “Lost your password?” and follow the prompts
- Your username hasn’t changed—just the password reset is required
- Categories: Some are still messy. We’re cleaning and regrouping them over the next few weeks.
- Forum + Gallery Menu Bar: Those sit on a different platform from the blog & store, so their look will feel “off” for a bit. Dev and I will be matching the styles soon.
- Contact Us Button:
- Use the Contact Us link on the main site or store homepage only. (at the bottom of the page in the lower right hand corner)
- The button inside the forum/gallery won’t route to our new customer-service desk (yet). We’ll fix those links soon.
