I've just visited the Lilypad Facebook Page and there's a lovely image there and a post about Blue Monday. I've never heard of Blue Monday before.

Are you having a Blue/Gloomy day? Or is it bright and merry?

Please show me something the colour of blue, either something from the store, or a photo of something you can currently see in your house/garden.

It's not fully a blue day for me, but I'm feeling a bit lost and the house is very quiet. TJ is on her way back to university. I feel a bit sad, but it's only for a few months and with this being the 2nd term of her 2nd year I've gotten used to it now.

I hear you, it's been an adjustment for us too with our daughter a 9 hour car drive away. Thankfully we can video call her often and that makes it feel less far.

I’ve never heard of Blue Monday before.

I’m having a good day so far. Finished my morning workout and am headed out to pick up an online order.

I hadn't heard of Blue Monday before, but in Michigan is it definitely usually pretty gloomy this time of year. Today we have a lovely fluff of new bright white snow though, so I love that!

I only knew about it being the day we remember Martin Luther King, Jr.
Here's how it looked on my walk by the river this morning. We're going to get our first snowfall of this winter today. My hat, hoodie, coat, and eyes are all blue. The hoodie is a gorgeous tie dye. If you go look in my gallery I think I have made some pages where you can see the whole sweatshirt.

It started snowing here last night and hasn't stopped yet. Pretty gloomy. I'm just seeing white and grey out my windows, but here's some beautiful blue from the store. I think I might need this one!

Being able to video call makes such a huge difference doesn't it. It was posting letters only when I wnet to university, and I would not be coping with that with my daughter at all.
