January 11 - Create an album cover

I too, like @Pachimac, thought at first that this was a record album cover. DH collects vinyl, he has over 4000 albums, so it is very much on my mind. LOL.

I used 2 papers blended together, 1 alpha, 2 word art bits, 1 tag, 1 flower scatter, 1 eucalyptus branch, 1 brad. Credits are in the gallery.

Here is the backstory to THIS cover. For our wonderful Covid Christmas (not) back in 2020, I wanted to create a DYD for the month, but obviously we were going nowhere. So what I began doing was taking three shots of our driveway each day, hoping to see some variation in the weather, paring it with song lyrics and then referencing time of day, sunrise/sunset for each layout. I actually did complete and print this album. But I have been obsessive/compulsive, and I continue to take those three driveway shots every day since December 1, 2020. I have used some of them in layouts, but I really would like to create a coffee table book for one of those years. For the purposes of this challenge, I chose 2022, but I could have easily picked 2021. Trust me, I've got lots of driveway shots. Thank goodness we live in woods, so the photos are usually quite rustic and pretty. Plus we are blessed with having four seasons.

I love a cover challenge because it's the only time I do a proper one rather than a last minute 'just about to get it printed' job! ;-)

The cover for an album I'm going to be doing for my cousin's son. I watch his games on a stream link and do screenshots during the game. (Thanks to COVID) Several times we have group texts happening during the games as well between Dad at the games (either in Indiana or Michigan), Dad's brother in Florida, Dad's sister and me in Ohio. I'll include those as well!
