Or how about cheese tortellini!! Yes, please!!
I was looking at my calendar of weird holidays and today is Cheddar Day and Tortellini Day. I wasn't sure which I wanted to talk about since I love both, so here we are!
I just made Tortellini w/ Alfredo sauce last week and I eat a little extra sharp cheddar every day with my lunch. Not having either today, but just thinking about it makes me seriously want some of each!
My kiddo likes the Tortellini with chicken and cheese in it, I prefer just cheese or cheese and spinach.

Do you like Tortellini? Anything special inside?
How about cheese? Are you a cheddar fan or like something else better?

I love cheese! Give me the cheddar, provolone, american, velveeta, Monterey jack... just don't give me blue cheese or any smelly cheese! I haven't had tortellini very many times, but if someone made it for me, I'd definitely eat it!

I love tortilini and I love a bit of olive oil or butter and fresh parmesan! yum. My grandson likes the cheese filled and I do too.

I buy tortellini stuffed with cheese and we just put sour cream on it. As for cheese, oh yes we love cheese in this house.

I'm from. Wisconsin so the cheese question is plan dumb..of course I like cheese ... of all sorts but muster is my favorite with guoda as a close second....

And I love pasta of all sorts and love my tortellini stuffed with cheese. Or spinach... topped with petso.. or tomato sauce or even alfredo.. Basically anything...lol yeah pasta...

Now you know I love cheese!
I always go to Kroger and stop at the cheese station to see what small packages they have to try. I had the best Wensleydale apricot amaretto and a somerdale red dragon that was spicy over Christmas. In fact I liked them so much I went back and asked to purchase them, and was so sad to find out they were seasonal cheeses. :hissy They were so good.

tortellini is good but cheese is best, lol

These weird holidays just crack me up. :giggle Who knew tortellini got it's own day? Ha ha! We do like tortellini here, usually with cheese and Italian sausage inside. I love it because it's so easy to make. :giggle

Yes, please! You had me at "Cheese" hahaha. I love pasta of any kind, too. We always laugh that we could live on cheese and bread. Haha

Agreed! That's a yes please from me too. Both will work wonderfully, please and thank-you.

Oh man, I love cheese of all kinds, but my fave is extra sharp cheddar.

We love the cheese tortellini topped with alfredo sauce OR topped with a little bit of butter and a sprinkle of garlic salt. It's so easy to buy the bags and boil them. I wouldn't dream of making my own pasta! LOL

Never eaten tortellini, but I imagine I'd like it. I love cheddar, Swiss, provolone, american, velveeta, Monterey Jack ... no blue cheese, etc. though.

I have a Cracker Barrel extra sharp white cheese stick with a can of Pepsi most mornings for breakfast. Oh so healthy ... not. :)

Not keen on Tortellini, but my hubby likes the Cheese and spinach ones ,with a plain tomato sauce on top. i make them for him about once every 2 months....if I remember.....

I love tortellini. I just made a cheese tortellini soup the other night. Some broth, cream, spinach, seasonings...add the tortellini...done!

We lived about two miles from the Maytag Dairy farm for 25 years back in Iowa. It took me about 15 years to try the blue cheese but now I love it. I miss having a supply of it close at hand.
I like tortellini, but rare buy it.
