Thank you all for a great month of fun and some very unique challenges. I always have withdrawl the week after MOC.
MOC 10: DAY 31: You are own work of art by Scrap by Irre posted Jan 31, 2022 at 3:37 PM White paper - because I always love to start with a blank page Paints - because I love colors in my life Purple splats - because I love purple Stars & star sequins - because I just love them Stitching - for how I stitched my life together Messy threads - for all the mess I create when I craft Music notes - because I love to sing and play guitar Camera - because I love to photograph The messy writing - one of my favorite things to add to my pages
Most of you know me as a clean and simple scrapper whose aim in scrapping is to tell a story with supporting photos, as available. This layout is, I think, typical of who I am -- expressed in words, word art, and a photo.
I started with the white page, but as frequently goes, life quickly changed it to black, the mess is obvious, the message hopefully clear, the flowers are just something I happen to enjoy, even in dry version... I could have added more, but I kinda liked the look, and decided to stop
Thanks for this challenge. Background paper a bit mended and crumpled because I'm not that young anymore and I'm sure I have a crease or two. I was born in Germany and live there. I am Aquarius. I like looking back into the past, not good at throwing things away. I like to learn a lot about my ancestors. I'm a summer person. i am cordial I like to take photos, the glasses mean that I like to think outside the box. The howling wolf, I don't always howl with the crowd, I often go my own way. Even if everything is not good, every day (365) is a new chance that things will get better again. I'm mostly an optimist. I'm a family person, I don't like arguments. Family and togetherness is the most important thing for me. My door is always open to family and friends. The seam and the clips should show that I like to hold everything together. I like nature. I love dogs and like giraffes.
I'm going to stick with one single photo on the page for this challenge. So no, this would not be acceptable. Thanks for asking!
