@tpbuffy I have to say I'm a little confused; hopefully as this starts things will get cleared up, but is there three possible deadlines? 75 minutes (Speed), 12 hrs (Slow 1), and 24 hrs (Slow 2)?

This month is the Slowly - so just the two, 1st at 12 hrs and the 2nd at 24 hrs. If you participate and complete by 2nd you get the template. One person who completes within in the 12 hrs will receive the $10 coupon. Next month is the Snappy and it too has two deadlines but they are 75 minutes and 24 hrs.
 
let us begin...I monitor the thread for questions for the first 30 minutes and then occasionally throughout the challenge.

Because the template is your choice, the only way I will know if you participated is if you link your layout in this thread or within the SwL Group Facebook Album. To qualify, post your layout to the gallery or hosting site of your choice* and then paste the image and link here by 7:00 am ET tomorrow to qualify for the drawing and by 7:00 pm ET tomorrow to qualify for the free template. You can make your layout yours; add items and design as you like, as long as, you follow the instructions below.

1. Have 2 or more photos.
2. Use a neutral color background (blacks, whites, grays, browns).
3. Have a cluster that contains three or more words/word tags/word art.
4. Have a brad(s) AND a button(s).
5. Use a number (written as a number) in your main title. Sample titles: "Arlo Turns 2", "B4 Cell Phones", "Go 2 Bed!"
6. Use a string(s), ribbon(s) or bow(s) but not all three.
7. Your photos cannot touch/overlap/stack.

The Twist
For those that comment in this thread before the start of the challenge (posts 2-31), you may delete one instruction.

*Posting Notice: To upload your layout into the TLP gallery it must follow TLP gallery posting requirements.

The sample layout follows the instructions - if it has it that means you can have it!
 
MIS newbie here... if we follow the rules listed, are we allowed to add other stuff? Like if the template has a spot for a tag or flower, can I add a tag or flower? Or do I just stick to the requirements?

Add whatever you like as long as it doesn't conflict with the instructions!

This was a fun one!

Forgot to add, I twisted the challenge by omitting the final step, regarding overlapping photos.

Here's mine - for the twist, I skipped #7. Such a fun challenge (and I still can't believe I'm scrapbooking my "baby" getting ready to graduate from high school!)
