**The random winner was AmandaJ! **
I love international Scrapbook Day Weekend! It’s so much fun to shop and chat and scrap and play in the challenges. Sometimes it feels like everything moves super-fast and I have to scrap fast to keep up! So, this challenge is super slow. So slow it will unravel over the whole weekend! Of course, this also gives lots of time to contemplate what to put on your page!

Welcome to a Slow Motion Speed Scrap. Just like regular speed scraps, there will be 7 instructions. The first one is below. The next ones will come, at about 2 per day, with the last instruction posted by Sunday evening, Eastern Daylight Time.

    Instructions:

    1. Pick 3 photos to scrap. Only 3.
    2. Add 8 papers - at least 1 solid and 1 patterned.
    3. Add a wood element.
    4. 3 or more pieces of word art.
    5. Add a scatter or two.
    6. Add some bling! Something shiny and/or sparkly.
    7. Add the date. Journaling is optional.

Feel free to post your page as you go! A random winner will be selected of all the entries. You can earn 1 entry per day by sharing your page as we slow-motion scrap. Yes, you can change things around as we go. You can also wait and scrap the whole page after all instructions have been revealed. Your page should be new and made exclusively for this challenge. It should not be submitted for any other challenge/game. All who complete a page should post the completed page in the gallery here at TLP, which means it needs to comply with gallery rules. Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

Challenge closes at 11 am EDT on Tuesday, May 4th. One lucky participant will be randomly drawn and will win a $3 coupon to The Lilypad's store.

Here's my layout the instructions are based on:

Instruction 2: Add 8 papers. This can be a combination of solids and patterns, but you need at least 1 of each.

Work in progress. Never scrapped quite like this before but it's giving me a whole new perspective on how to assemble a page! Excited to see the next set of instructions.

Ok, those papers were not staying like that lol. Had to think outside the box some, but I think I've got composition down. A wood button to boot.
