I have been feeling like total crap lately. GI issues, headaches. I am not taking care of myself. Yesterday I went out and did shopping to get myself back on track diet wise. I'm doing a 30 day diet challenge - non specific - I just know what I should and should not be eating.
And I also want to do some physical activity to go along with that. Nothing hard, nothing too time consuming - just something to kick start my butt and get me moving a bit. I plan on using my TV up stairs in my bedroom so a YouTube video or something that I can watch on a smart TV will be best. It's been too cold for me to want to go outside, so I'm looking for a home/indoor workout. Needs to be a video that doesn't require special equipment and shouldn't be something with too much jumping around on the floor. Anyone have any good suggestions? I'm overwhelmed by the choices I'm finding when I search. AHHHHH!
