FEBRUARY Art Muse - Week #1

@Dalis Okay, if I understand this correctly, we should go pretty minimalistic on the background. Not a lot of elements, no word art, etc. as that might be added later this month?

"I want them to be in a "scene". I want you to create a background where he/she "lives" in. After making your scene place your person in it. This is all we are doing for week one so go as detail as you want to be or not your choice. This month as you can tell is a progressive challenge. We will be working all month on a final page adding details throughout the weeks."

Love the amount of pink in here! Great start this month!

Working on finding a good lady...you know what's going to be the hardest part of this challenge? To leave the page unfinished until the end of the month!!!!

As someone who marvels over the wonders of our modern technology, I like this photo of a woman enjoying modern technology in the 1920's. I'm undecided about whether I like the music circle element I put on the moon, but we can change our layout throughout the month, right?

Here is my lady on the porch outside her home:

OMG, those doors are magnificent!

I know, I am trying to do this myself and I know what's coming in next. LOL!!!!

Is this okay? I've never done this before.

She SASSY!!!!!!!! I love her!

Looks like fun! Do we have to have 1st week completed before the 2nd week is posted?

Nope you don't but it would be better so your brain has to work a bit more next week, but I know time constraints are yuck!

She is my alter ego...the girl that's not constrained by body image and shame...I can't wait to see how she ends up in the end!

You are making me excited about her story so much! ahhhhh

Here is my take. This will be interesting, love the challenge!

Here's my start! I have an entire folder of scanned vintage photos that belonged to my grandmother. I have no idea who they are, but they belonged to her somehow. This beauty is one of those photos. It makes me so happy that by the time I'm done, she'll have her story.

What A GREAT! Muse!...I Love! Everybody's Take Here!...I Gave Mine A Lot Of Thought!...I Love! Vintage Ladies Too!...I Had Some Options! & Had To Narrow It Down!...But Miss Edna Won My Heart This Time!...She's A Bit Sassy!...She Likes Nature,Birds & Trees!...She Lives In Her Land Called Lady Luck Land!...Where There Are Always Clouds,A Moon & Stars!...LOL!...Hopefully I Did This Correctly!...
