At the beginning of lockdown, we dressed the girls in my wedding dress and took a few photos to hide away and give them on their wedding day... But with me scrapping about my dress the other day for the Journaling Challenge, I couldn't resist making a page with this photo using similar elements/style to my wedding album. My husband played this song to me the other day, and it got me so emotional thinking of how quick they are growing up, so I added the chorus as journaling alongside the photo.

Thank you for the challenge, Christa. Clean and Simple is one of my favourite challenges.
I used a photo taken this morning, we have lots of snow here.

Thanks for the great challenge Christa! I also tried to keep the colours clean and simple for this layout:

I miss those dog walking days. Old age, arthritis and brutal winters have ended my dog owning days.

Oh, yes, Christa. Clean and simple -- no problem. I have 3 elements: frame, ribbon, word art.

@cfile Edited to ask: After browsing others' pages and rereading the directions for the fifth time I'm wondering . . . is my paper neutral enough? I was thinking it said plain but I guess neutral means somewhere between black or white . . . ?

Was this purposely planned as a relief after the filled style yesterday? :lol

This is so not my style but as I do it every year for MOC and maybe occasionally for other challenges, I've come to appreciate it, even if I won't ever choose to neglect so much space in a layout. :D
