D. None of the above.

For the last year or so, I have started waking up early naturally, around 6:30-7:30am most days. I don't always feel totally rested, but I usually can't go back to sleep. Past schedules would have still meant setting an alarm, since I had to be up earlier than that, but with the current situation I rarely need to bother.
DH will set an alarm during the week, but wakes up before it goes off a lot of days, especially since he's working from home now and doesn't have to be up nearly as early.
Both of my "kids" are heavy sleepers and will sleep right through alarms, so I am usually the one waking them. How easily they get up varies a lot from day to day. They both slip into a somewhat nocturnal mode as their natural tendency, probably somewhat as a result of their rooms being on the west side of the house and not getting morning light. When we built our house, we chose our lot based on the master bedroom getting morning light, since our previous apartment faced west and DH and I would sleep until 3 in the afternoon on the weekends, which made Monday mornings all that much harder.

We could have had the mirror image of the layout, which would have given the kids' (who didn't exist yet

) rooms morning light as well, but that would have meant almost an entire wall of windows on the west side, which didn't seem like the best option in the Texas heat.
