Is there any way to delete a conversation once you hit file? It appears you can edit the contents or the title, but not get rid of the entire thing. Suggestions???

@mcurtt You can "Leave Conversation". When you click that, it will give you the option to receive future responses or just ignore the conversation altogether. Once you leave, it will disappear from your list.
I should probably do some cleanup. I just realized I have 26 pages of conversations! LOL

It isn't sensitive, it was just a rather dumb mistake. I deleted the content of the message and said to please ignore, but I had hoped there was some sort of email recall, so the recipient wouldn't even see or be bothered with my bungled message. Outlook emails had that feature. I was just hoping...@mcurtt I don’t believe so. Think of it like email. If you delete your copy, the other recipients still have theirs, and depending on how they have their account set up, they may actually get a real email version of the message as well. That’s how I have mine set up, but I normally delete the email copy after I have responded.
I don’t know if admin can help you with at least the on-site inbox copy if there’s something sensitive you need help with. I don’t know if anyone other than Laura would have that power.
No warning at this end, and I can still see your test message. Thanks for your help in trying. Now I have my answer, a conversation can't be deleted.
