January 13: Photography Challenge - Morning/Noon/Night

Greetings happy scrappers!

By now you have twelve days of this edition of MOC in the books, and this thirteenth challenge – MORNING – NOON and NIGHT photography challenge is an easy one!

For this challenge you will need to snap one photo of your morning activity, snap another photo of an activity you do at noon and lastly, a photo of an evening activity.

1. All three photos need to be taken on the same day and each photo must be 'new' – you will need to take each photo as close to “morning – noon – and evening” as possible
2. The photos must show what activity you are doing in each photo … (an example might be – eating breakfast – walking on your lunch hour and scrapping in the evening …)
3. There must be journaling (at least one sentence) for each photo.

This is challenge will provide the viewer a glimpse inside those three specific times during your day.

You are free to use any kind of technique you wish with the photos, as long as we can tell that there are three distinctive pictures on your page.

Here is the page I created for this fun challenge:

Important info:

Your page must be posted in three places:
Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (not an outside hosting site).
  1. Posted in your page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean.
  2. Posted in this thread. People can comment here if they wish.
Pages should contain at least 75% current Lilypad product (currently for sale in the store from either permanent designers or guest designers).

Ready? Get set – GO! I can’t wait to see your creations!!

This is for any updates or answers to questions you may have. Check in here!

** Do you have to see yourself on the photos or is only the activity you do sufficient? - NO, you do not have to see yourself in the photos, doing an activity is fine.

** Can the layout have more than 3 photos? - NO, 3 specific photos only for this challenge please.

** Can someone take a photo of me doing an activity? - SURE!

** The photos need to be *new* … *new* in the sense that they were taken AFTER the challenge was posted

** Do we need to be in the photo? Or can it be a family member? - you don't need to be in the photo (as long as the features an activity that "you" are doing) - and a family member (or anyone else) may be in the photo, as long as they are relevant to the activity you are doing

Fun! This sounds pretty straight forward! It will be interesting to take a peek into each other's lives!

Sure - you pick this one on a day that I'm up and out all day long with family! LOLOL - It will be interesting to see what shows up!

Jill ... I love photography challenges ...but I have a question ... do you have to see yourself on the photos or is only the activity you do sufficient?

No, you do not have to "see" yourself in the photo … the activity only is fine (however; it would be fun to see you :giggle)

Thanks a bunch for the early post! Yeah! I went in to sneak a peek at 5.30pm here in Australia and was so happy to see the next challenge already posted. Otherwise it's an agonising wait till I get up (early) the next day to log in. Not complaining, as the team are doing such a great job and I know that there are some large time differences. It's just s thrill to get in early now and again. A big thank you to all the team's efforts, it must be a gargantuan effort to keep us all busy and happy and challenged.

Question: On Sunday mornings I play the autoharp at our church meeting. Can my husband take a picture of me playing, or shall I just take a picture of my 'harp and a music book? I can't take a picture while I'm playing! LOL :O

Oh boy, what a challenge. My day is different every day. I never know what I'm doing on any particular morning, noon or night. But that's what will make it interesting. Great idea for a challenge!!!

I hope you use a photo of you playing the autoharp ... I didn't know you play an instrument ... when you place your camera on a stative you can take one of yourself when you are playing :)

yay! I like this one! piece of cake after some more difficult ones for me.

hmm...now to decide if I choose a normal day or a vacation day next weekend. :D

Someone else can most definitely take the photo of you playing the autoharp! (Can't wait to see it!)
