Alright. I've decided I'm going to do it! I'm going to hit 10,000 posts before October is over.

Wanna help? Let's chat! As of this posting I have 22 left to go. But I have a Halloween party tomorrow, need to make cookies, and have Halloween on Wednesday.

So....What do you want to talk about? I'm heading to bed for tonight, but I'll be back in the morning!
 
I'll be approaching my first year anniversary hear at the Pad soon. I want to thank you for being a part of my staying here. My motivation for joining was to see if this was a community I could enjoy being a part of, and could help me restart my scrapbooking hobby. Here I am, nearly a year on scrapbooking again and have lots of fun with many new friends.

I am glad you are involved here as I do enjoy seeing your layouts and what you share in the forum. I hope to be more involved next year when I am not tied up ( sort of ) elsewhere.
I personally believe The Lily Pad is the most active and friendly digi site. And on top of that the store is so full of such a great variety of talented designers.

Awesome Courtney - I was just looking at my stats the other day - I think I just passed something too - 1000 layouts in the gallery or something like that? (although I have some photos/ADs instead of LOs in there though). I agree you can totally get to 10K in the next two days.

Tell us about your cookies you are making. Share pics. Tell us about the costumes too!

This makes my heart so happy! I'm so glad you've started scrapping again. And I'm extra glad that you enjoy our community. I love being here and I love that others enjoy our happy little home.

Dinner today goes with the party! Pizza. It's our Homeschool Party at the park. The kids will "trick-or-treat" around the park to the parents in the dark with flashlights.

Almost any that comes from Canada or Europe. But not too dark!
Because it's easier than a trip to Canada, Trader Joe's has a Chocolate Lovers bar that I love! Not the dark one. Just the milk one.

Just boring sugar cookies. The kids will decorate them with icing and sugar things - sprinkles, nonpareils, etc.

My kid is wearing a Halo Masterchief costume. Dh decided to buy him one this year. We tend to alternate buying vs. making, but with school, DH didn't want to have to make one or have me stressed out!

Sigh. I like homemade ones better.

My 1 year anniversary is December 15th, but I didn't really become active until MOC was well under way. This year has flown by and I've enjoyed every minute of my time here at The Pad! Courtney, you're one of the many people who make this the most wonderful scrapping hangout on the internet. I've never been a member of any message board that's as great as this one!
