The past few weeks have been a whirl wind.
Then yesterday, everyone at school.
House clean.
I just felt like time stopped!
but I loved it!
Seemed perfect timing for a slow and leisurely afternoon.

How is time moving where you are at right now?

Ummm...in general, the days seem to go by slow. Especially when I'm at work.
But, the years seem to go by fast. My baby boy is turning 11 years old tomorrow and I am wondering how that could possibly be. It seems like just yesterday that I held him for the first time and was instantly in love.

Lately time has been flying by. Maybe I need to do some more housework to slow time down!

It changes in the same day!
This morning I decided to write an email to my brother. We don't keep in touch very well so I was wordy. Thank goodness I had set an alarm to remind me to pick up my daughter from choir class because I managed to spend an hour and a half writing that email and was still not done when the alarm sounded! So I'd say that time went fast.
Now I had about two hours between that class and having to leave for our next thing today. I don't feel like that's enough time to get involved in something so I'm just puttering and waiting, and the same amount of time has been going slowly!

My dad always said "the older you get, the faster time goes". I think about him saying that a lot, because most of the time, it just flies by.

It seems super slow at work, but overall zooms right by. Every year seems to go by faster.

I feel most of the time it does seem to fly by... do not mind this week going fast as my daughter and her family are due home to Australia from being over in Canada for three months.... I am missing those grandchildren ( and my daughter) :(

Both --- when you are waiting for something, it goes sooo slow, but other times it rushes on.

When I am doing planks in yoga, especially side planks, or dolphin plank (help me), 30 seconds is the longest time ever.

With work, school, homework, soccer practice, & Camp Fire, it seems like every day lasts forever.

It depends. When I need more time, it flys by and when I want it to hurry by, it drags. Go figure! Love the time whirl and the time quote in your first post... so true!

truth!

Yesterday at work I actually considered checking to see if I was in a time warp situation. :giggle I was tired from reading too late the night before, so the time just wouldn't move forward towards quitting time for me.

Mine is definitely a mixture of fast & slow lately. That time whirl poem is exactly right. Whatever time we have we need to savor & I find so often that I'm wasting so much of it. Blah!
